If its modded, just take the driver out, unscrew it remove the disk.
If its not modded its a normal DVD drive on the whole and there must be a hole about somewhere as on most DVD drives.
Stupid question, but you have you tryed a software eject via another dash (If i remember some of them have Eject DVD)

If its softmodded then, I dunno.
I would imagine it has the hole somewhere, but I doubt you would get past the dvd bezzle.
Dunno mate other than taking it apart.

My guess is that the bezel is clipped on the tray. Just unclip that and as Insane said, there should be a hole for a pin or straighten out a paper clip to use the emergency eject to get the disc out.
May the NFOrce be with you always.

But if the CD/DVD is stuck "emergency eject" won't give anything more. That would be same as pressing eject.
You could try to give it a little shake (when powered off!!!!!) and then plug it in again and see what happens when you press eject. Other than that open the pos and open the dvd-drive...

Just stick a needle in the hole (there are 2 holes, look really carefully, only one will be the right one for the Philips drive) ..push it in till the draw opens slightly, then pull the rest of it out with the draw.
I looked up "gormless" in the dictionary, it said "without gorm" .... so i looked up "gorm" but it wasn't there ????
