yes it's asking for a payment option but it will not charge anything until the 7 days are over.
you can cancel it right away and nothing will be charged.
make sure it says 7 days trial and cancel it right away and everything should be fine.
you get confirmation emails and all. choose paypal if they get the money anyway, which i doubt, you can get it back and have even proof with the emails. nothing will happen.

i think not, but its not the cheapest. origin south africa is cheaper but you can only pay with creditcard (which may gets extra charged cause of foreign currency blabla)

Indian origin is not cheap at all (if i recall correctly even origin US is cheaper)

yep, same issue here. but only sometimes and not reproducable, restarting origin when its happening and its gone

try a vpn then, if we can buy from mexico with vpn, you should be able to do the same with a german vpn
