£36, down from £50, which is a lot less than the $99 price I saw online someplace. I guess that was a placeholder? Seems the "Legacy" edition (base game + remastered CoD4) is $79.99 everywhere, and £50 in UK.

I have finished almost every COD campaign there is, but it's mostly out of boredom...this though is actually the first COD in a long time that I'm actually eager to play.
Might even have to buy it if it's good.
yeah, i've finished most. only cod 2 and bo3 left. I enjoy them as much as I enjoy seeing a dolph lundgren or a dudikoff movie. they are laughable and trash when it comes to the art aspect of the medium, but they do provide entertainment. 90's action movies have their place. unintentionally comical modern military shooters do as well.
The fact that many consider them serious and quality entertainment, now that's a whole different discussion.
I personally wouldn't consider any cod game a top shelf experience, but neither would I call any of them unplayable abominations.

Info on how the campaign works and it's pretty much what we expected, seamless dogfighting to ground fighting in space and on junkers and asteroids, with the ability to take side missions that upgrade your gear and the hub spaceship you command. I like what I'm hearing so far

Shame this ip refuses to move to a new engine. The gameplay I've seen looks great until you see it's the same ole' boring gunplay from ~10 years ago. I'd be very curious to see how they translate that responsive and fluid shooting into unreal4 for example.

Our energy weapons are completely unique to this franchise; but there are a mix of weapons that you are accustomed to: ballistic weapons as well as energy weapons. The energy weapons each have their own uses and functions.
He further explained that Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare will feature advanced sights, allowing players to do things they couldn’t in previous games like manipulating bullets.
One of the things we’re really excited about are some of our advanced sights which allow the player to do things, like, with a shotgun they’ll be able to manipulate where their pellets are going to go.
