It feels pretty damn good. It runs well, looks great (don't think anyone expected anything else). In typical DICE fashion, it sounds great as well, most guns have very satisfying bangs to them; particularly mounted ones. Plane engine sounds a bit weak though Very Happy

Gewehr 98 is definitely my favourite weapon as well. You don't get wrecked by the automatic weapons and it is fairly accurate.

Dogfighting however is awesome now. No lock on bullshit, so it comes down to actual skill. And if you're on the receiving end, it's awesome how you start swerving left or right because your wing got fucked up.

Enjoyed that first session quite a lot, although our team sucked.

And the rain had a Mediterranean salty taste to it Devil Troll

Didn't get an invite and I'm OK with that. I don't want my first time experiencing the game to be a limited alpha.

As the engine seems very similar to Battlefront:
I got nearly constant 60fps with the important features maxed. Meaning, shit like motion blur for example i deactivated.

But really, the Battfield games run like a dream for most people anyways.

75-90 1080p with resolution scale at 50% (which is native resolution now, because Reasons™).

I have the FPS locked to 60, as i don't need more.
Also the GPU heats up my crappy case pretty good, if a more demanding 3D game runs at 80+ FPS. Embarassed

120 Hz monitor here so I'll probably tone a few settings down to get it to 100+ at least.

I had no problems hitting anything. Most weapons have far more spread than anything in BF3/BF4 though, so going full retard spraying doesn't work as well as it did in those.
