The camera tool ( https://twitter.com/Hattiwatt1 ) allows for some more unique screenshots, KPutt has some in his gallery.
https://secure.flickr.com/photos/k_putt/
18 megapixels would be "8K" or some such no?
EDIT: Actually that would be ~ 35 megapixel (7680x4320) which I've seen some screens of via for example DeadEndThrills, 18 would be around 6K ?
(5120x2880 is 14 megapixels.)
(3840x2160 is 8 megapixels. )

Your screenshots look more impressive than what i just posted.
Though with Reshade and some crazy downsampling like that makes some other games looking impressive too. |
It's a good looking game, bit static and lifeless though since you are nearly always constrained to the rooftops and mostly areas with NPC's can't be reached aside from the occasional loner whom usually has a activity for you to perform.
(Some of the main characters offer actual side missions as well besides various minor tasks and challenges.)
I also like how each of the available districts has it's own style with the simpler areas for the low and middle class and then fancier locations for the upper class where there's even water and vegetation occasionally plus larger and more intricate detailed apartments for you to run through.
Main missions are usually contained to one larger interior area and most are pretty unique although gameplay is pretty similar where you run through various platforming parts to reach your destination and then interact with a terminal or similar or just trigger a cutscene where something happens with the occasional combat sequence against a small group of security guards of different progressively more challenging classes.
(I don't really find combat to be that fun though and the AI is pretty simple although the classes are fairly different in behavior but there's only five or so of them in total from the simple guardsman to the senior more trained one and then a rifle armed ranged opponent followed by a more heavily armored melee attacker and finally the toughest black armored enforcers whom can counter your attacks and are more mobile during combat plus on a few occasions there's some simpler turrets to bypass or disable.)
(You don't really have that many attacks though although movement and direction play a bit of a role as does environments as despite their armored appearance enemies take the most damage from being knocked into each other or solid objects like walls no matter at which speed where it usually always kills the lower-tier ones and severely damages the mid-tier ones and then they also take critical damage from even smaller falls which again usually kills lower-tier guardsmen instantly and the mid-tier ones become heavily damaged.)
Story well the game is a a bit lengthier than I expected but it does count collectibles for the main missions as progress so I finished all fifteen with a story completion of 72% with only a few of said collectibles, well, collected.
(About forty minutes to an hour per mission for me though I did explore a bit instead of just rushing through them, some few side activities and city exploration scavenges as well but not that much as I was mostly following the main storyline.)
It's also fairly generic and you will almost always know what's going to happen in the game way before the game itself reveals whatever "clever" plot twist or turn there is, support characters are also all mostly generic cliche ones so don't expect too much from it in that regard.
(It has it's moments but yeah focus is definitively on running around the city and doing stuff and not being too focused on plot details.)
Frostbite runs well and unless you go crazy with the settings (Which I do!) it shouldn't be too problematic although push texture quality to hyper and GPU's with lower amounts of VRAM will quickly run out and you'll encounter moments where framerate falls a bit before it can recover plus bits of stuttering.
(Resolution scaler should probably remain on 100% and then you'd rely on the post-AA to do a OK job as supersampling the game by going above 100% quickly becomes very demanding for most GPU models, I'm at 2560x140 natively so at 150% that's 3840x2160 which is about the limit of what my GPU can handle with dips to mid-40's framerates at times and if it stalls due to VRAM restrictions it can drop further still while the game tries to sort that out.)
ReShade compatible too. (For 2.0.x of ReShade you want to ensure that logarithmic depth buffer is enabled and inverse depth buffer for effects like DOF and other depth dependent effects to render correctly if you want to use those, color balancing, sharpening and well most other shaders don't need this but AO, DOF and a few others require it and SMAA can be enhanced by having functional depth detection.)
What else is there to say, sound and music is pretty good and mostly in the background besides fight sequences and well I don't particularly like the re-designed more "butch" Faith's face but eh it's not terrible or anything I just preferred the original from the first game.
(The re-design one Japanese - I think. - artist made and completely triggered a Dice developer with isn't for me either but it was fun to read that reaction. - http://kotaku.com/5099050/faith-is-not-a-12-year-old-with-a-boob-job )
(The in-game Catalyst Faith model looks a bit weird in reflections too as the eyes are missing - https://www.flickr.com/photos/139386148@N02/27521753675/in/dateposted/ - and of course the cutscene version is noticeable more detailed such as hair actually being smooth. - https://www.flickr.com/photos/139386148@N02/26953025004/in/dateposted/ , there's a pre-rendered CGI one as well for those movies which is a more detailed still.)
(Of course other NPC's also have eye problems with reflections such as this guard... https://www.flickr.com/photos/139386148@N02/27487813961/in/dateposted/ )

Just use Anti-Denuvo for 1$-4$ |
this anti D site is so amazingly ironic. I'm loving it.
so now instead of selling 10 copies for 20 bucks, they sell 1 copy for 40ish, and then who knows how many people get to play that one single copy, and to make it even better, the profit that would have gone to the publishers if they actually cared about economic realities in each region, goes to some rando russian dude.
man, does that feel good
how's that for nfohump trolling, you big D lurker shills?

looking at your rig in the sig, you probably have disposable income.
buy on origin, install, start the game up, force offline mode, refund from origin website, finish the game before big D needs to reactivate online.
no need to wait for ghetto cracks from people who need google translate to communicate in english

@Drowning_witch
What about bans? Isn't it all against steam TOS? So..if I wanted to earn some money this way I would have to create a new account , right?
1) Lenovo Legion 7 (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3080 16Gb, 32Gb DDR4, SSD 1TB +2TB

refunding is not against TOS and it's an automated process as long as you stay within their specified time limit. in this case I was talking about origin, but it's the same on steam. they just have different time limits. Irrelevant in any case as you do it right after starting up the game once, so you get a big D validation.
On origin, you simply go to your account settings on the origin site, and theres a refund section. literally 2-3 mouse clicks, and you get refunded. I did it for unravel and the money was back on my credit card within 30 min. they just ask you the reason for refunding, and offer a few preset anwers. one of the answers offered is actually "i already finished the game" I just pick "other" and that's it. all fully automated. no contact with a customer service drone.
IN any case, there is no way for them to know you played the game the whole way through. remember, big D validation servers are completely third party, and have no affiliation with the store fronts like steam and origin.
just block origin.exe/steam.exe outbound traffic in the firewall while playing through the game. if at any point steam or origin manages to connect online after the refund, all that happens is your account is updated and the game disappears from your account and deletes your big D activation.
But yes, if you plan on doing it for every big D game, I would suggest a disposable account, as they do have fine print saying they can refuse a refund if they suspect fraud. And make sure to finish the game within 1-2 weeks or so, or whatever the big D time to need revalidation is. I don't know exactly personally, but i'm sure somoene does either here or on rin. I think dragon age 3 is probably the only game long enough to actually reach that limit.

You are right about that AAA shit. Everything else is worth ignoring or shitting on. Mirrors Dick though is not worth buying not worth one single penny so what we need in these troubled times is a real cracker whore a real professional Denuvo rapist. So far nothing.
And I have to say it reminds me of the good old Starforce 3 times. We on the other hand destroyed raped that copy protection with our own hands with special made usb cd drives and burners and all that good IDE stuff.
