Looks meh.
Seems to be another of those countless survival games in EarlyAcess/PreAlpha/whatever, but in a town with other people.

Yeah, this looks like a singleplayer version of most survival games.
I thought with the first vid that this might be a good singleplayer games kinda like bioshock but nope... Sad

Yea it has some nice Bioshock vibes, it also really might have potential. But not in its current state with that gameplay Surprised

To me it just seems like Bioshock crossed with Sir, You Are Being Hunted (albeit with crazy people instead of robots). I like the style and setting, but I doubt the gameplay will ever be worth mentioning.

from what i understood its only Bioshock-like in terms of artstyle, as far as gameplay goes its survival with a twist, The pre-alpha gameplay looks pretty rough , will wait for better state of that as setting looks cool

There is the pre-alpha available thanks to our kind rinassociates, but if you're looking forward to the game, I don't encourage you to try it at the moment. You'll get disappointed, a lot. Razz Laughing I can only say, let's hope it gets better because it's alpha.

(The art may be reminishent of Bioshock at times, but this game has nothing to with the shock really. It's a story-free rough roaming-endlessly-kind-of-game, collecting stuff to craft, and avoiding people's attention among bland environments and streets. It runs without problems, but as of now the visuals and textures are also rather underwhelming).

First time I notice this game's existence. Looks... weird. And that SSAO

TWIN PEAKS is "something of a miracle."
"...like nothing else on television."
"a phenomenon."
"A tangled tale of sex, violence, power, junk food..."
"Like Nothing On Earth"

That new gameplay video is like a whole different game to what I've seen, the KS copy of WHF is... well... it's pretty crap :\ An open world with you rummaging through drawers and avoiding splicers... um... Joy Addicts. That gameplay vid shows a whole different aspect to it, including a proper story and progression.

.... oh and the story stuff isn't even enabled in the Early Access, which launches next month.

The original plan, Provost said, was to do keep the story rather vague. Players told Compulsion that they wanted more, and the developer is complying. When the game leaves Early Access, it will include a traditional campaign with characters, cutscenes and unique geographical areas — the kinds of things you'd expect in a traditional campaign.

will be interesting to see the final thing when it releases in 2017 .... hope they will polish the gameplay enough in EA and dont fuck up the story/narrative part which is excluded from EA

Damn I liked what I saw, but if the "campaign" will be kinda tacked on like it seems from the devs statements... dunno men

well games is cca 1 year from release so who knows how it will look in the end , but judging by current public feedback they will definitely try to finetune the story/narrative a lot

So the game is a "Rogue" game?. Survive as long as you can?. No Story Mode (like in the last E3 vid) ?..

Well, that down-escalated quickly...
