Ok, Just bought a JVC Head Unit that plays MP3's but Im wondering if it was the right choice as in the future I want a Amp and Sub and better speakers.

The Head Unit has Rear Out put slots to connect to a Amp but Im guessing I should have went with a Head Unit that had a Subwoofer output as well shouldnt I ??

shiiieettt... i just bought an amp.. its rated for 2500watt RMS... but me being the idiot, thought i could buy a cheap amp to go along with it, goddamn the amps that can handle this cost 1500 bux, and i need a new alternator and a battery... jesus... fuck all you rich basterds.

yup, if you want a cheap reliable car that will live for almost ever (Untill the Rust gets into it), get a Mercedes 190E, Saw one in the scrap yard that had done 280,000 miles and still had a good engine (Only reason it was their was it was all rusted to bits but still gave a good 18 years of driving Smile )

That car I have cost me £500 (Around $800) and as you can see from the pics and looks good as new Smile

also, Check Ebay out, My friend got a Audiobahn 1500 watt Amp for $400 (about £220) NEW and got it shipped into the UK where they sell for £700+ !!!! Very Happy Its Excellent as well!! Smile

Just found out that Im safe with this head unit Smile, the Amp will do all the work for me for the Sub etc Very Happy

bah i JUST bought a new car... stand by for the thread this tuesday Smile so i wanted a new system.. it already has a 8 speaker bose system with 6 cd changer in it... bah screw it all... i will ask my friends to get me a amp... they always have one stolen or not.

I was going for the 6CD changer but then I thought in the Direction of MP3 Smile. Think of it, you can put 6 CD's in your car, but I can put one CD in mine with 10 - 14 Albums on Smile Very Happy

I recommend you get a MP3 player Headunit for it instead of the 6 CD changer.

6 cd changer is factory option same with bose sound system... i have a Ipod, i'll get a wireless transmitter for it... BAM 15 gigs of music

I was going to make a Car PC setup WIth one of them Small Cases and Small Moboards etc etc and fire a 200gig drive in for PC Games, Divx / Xvid films and cartoons and Music... would be cool but I cant be arsed any more Smile

but its ok, I can get a Splitter and 2 Amps, one Amp for the SUB Alone and one Amp for speakers Smile
