I never really got the hate for the first one, i played it up to level 45 or something and it was a pretty fun and comprehensive shooter. From the above trailer i like that the mechs seem a bit more agile now, still hoping i'll finally see an eXteel remake after all these years..
That some people, including myself, didn't like the game because of its simplified shooting, lack of single player, and general shallowness while having a AAA price tag, shouldn't be too suprising.
Not to mention that the game suffered major launch issues that sapped the will to play from players who bought the game.
Ah, that i don't know, i got for 10 bucks or something on the mexico store, but i liked the autoaim pistol so that probably says a lot about my playstyle in this game haha. I mostly focused on running around the buildings with the wallrun and doing corner hangs above doorways.
official version of the trailer .. without the guy talking

If the buccaneerish situation were a more fortunate one, I'd download this one for the SP as per tradition with these cinederpmatic hollygames (mostly for some masochistic shit and giggles), but as it stands now, it's all about the skippety skip button.

edit: dont kid yourselves guys, pretty much every AAA game whose trailer you see in this year's E3 and you wanna try is probably gonna be DRM'ed with the D.

Looks the same as the first game with somewhat improved graphics (not much difference), so why shouldn't this one die the same quick death of the first? I enjoyed the gameplay of the first game but I can't pay for a title that is doomed to be dead within 1 year or release.
