Xanadu Next (ザナドゥ・ネクスト?) is an action role-playing game developed and published by Nihon Falcom for Microsoft Windows in Japan. On 20 June 2005 Nokia published ScriptArts' two-player-capable adaptation of the game for the Nokia N-Gage. The game is a spin-off of the 1985 action role-playing game Dragon Slayer II: Xanadu. It will be published worldwide by XSEED Games in 2016
Xanadu Next was one of these “kinda, sorta” released games and while it also surfaced on PC, it was never official in North America.
XSEED is finally remedying that over ten years after the fact and have announced that the action RPG will be released on PC in Spring 2016. No word on what changes will be seen, but it will likely be based on the aforementioned grey-area PC release and not an remaster of the N-Gage version (as awesome as that would be).

I played this game a few years ago with the English translation patch. It's a half-decent action RPG with some occasional puzzles. Hopefully they'll add widescreen support in the official English release.
This was supposed to come out months ago, Xseed at it's best as always, dunno don't really care about it now tbh everyone who was kinda interested in it probably played the fan translation years ago if it was Tokyo Xanadu yeah maybe.
The 3RD is pretty nice but it will probably be 2018/2019 till it really comes out again and will bomb in sales like SC did cause of the delay, i wish they would just get someone to port Cold Steel I and II or Tokyo Xanadu to PC those would probably sell very well instead of letting them rot on dead platforms.
