Meh, I'm glad it's ending. This season is really underwhelming.

Hood clashing with Proctor needs to happen now, I want an epic Hood vs Burton fight in the next episode.

For some reason, even the action scenes/gunfights are poorly made this season, they've got a cheap feel to them which goes against the Banshee standards. Just make it stop Okay

Started watching season 1 today, and 5 episodes in it's pretty good.

It's guns, gore, hand to hand fighting, big breasts, small breasts, cunnilingus and sluts.

A recipe for an enjoyable action series.

Alright, I'm at episode 2 of season 2 and so far I like it very much.

Ivana Milicevic, who plays Ana/Carrie is convincing as a badass, but the brunette who plays Nola isn't quite as convincing.

She pulls off the physical aspect nicely, but lacks that certain quality that Ivana has, IMO.

Also, I've noticed that Hood is getting his ass kicked more often than he kicks ass. Laughing

So far Job is the best character, and that CGI in s02e09 is hilarious.

Church shootout in the final episode of season 2 is great. Cinemax has the best action shows on TV. So Much Win

The fight in episode 3 of season 3 is insane. Both of them should have bled out or lost consciousness. Laughing

One thing I like about this show is that whenever there's a fight, blood is shed and the physical trauma lingers.

Unlike other shows where injuries sustained heal at a pace that suggests the characters have some sort of regenerative healing factor.

LOL, that's one way to deal with obesity. Laughing

Eh. Two good things about this episode: one was the sorta cool conversation between Hood and Brock and the other, obviously, was Job Very Happy The rest was forgettable nonsense. One thing I seriously don't get is why they are wasting chances to show stuff that could actually be cool and Banshee-like. Like with Burton in this ep. One minute I'm expecting an awesome, bloody fight scene between him and and some silly Nazis and the next there's just some off-screen silliness and I'm like "Wait? That's it? WTF?". It's like they suddenly lost the mojo that allowed them to understand why the fuck exactly people are watching this show. Also, what's with that scene after the credits? Was that supposed to be spooky or something?

Haha yeah, the whole thing constantly feels weird. Razz Laughing
There are still good parts (mainly thanks to the actors), but there are also sections and even entire scenes like the ones that you mentioned, that don't belong to this show.

I don't know what happened exactly, if the writers just said screw it, or the people responsible for the action scenes have been kidnapped, but it comes off as lazy..Banshee pls! (At least there are less flashbacks now, it's something).

What a great finale. The only true all-out Banshee episode in the whole season.

Everybody went out with style. Especially my two favourite characters in the show...

Wow the show finally went back to its roots with the finale after the somewhat mediocre fourth season. Everything was wrapped up rather nicely! It was perfectly poignant in every way.
