I have to wonder if the practical application of Explicit Multi-Adapter will ever truly materialise outside of tech demos and niche titles. If it all comes down to game developers then we are likely just going to get the same old console ports with minimal effort put towards PC optimisation.

I thought it was interesting. I plan on having a hybrid setup at some point as it seems like it's been a recurring theme for years that certain games run better depending on g-card manufacturer.

I wasn't totally sure where to put this article.

I don't get the point of the "Founders" overpriced edition ? Confused

So now nVidia have two vanilla versions, one cheap and the other (former cheap version) for $100 more ?
And of course partners edition will be +$200-300 taking be Founders one as the base price...

It just looks like a pure scam, honestly ... unless I missed something.

Also, 4K gaming sounds like a thing for the 1080-ti, considering SLI is (still - again - as usual) messed up with these new GPUs.

Can't wait Very Happy

I already posted about it in the GPU thread.

Founder's Edition = reference for retards. It's for the hardcore fanboys that'll spend $100 just because it's Nvidia. 1080 Ti probably won't come this year, if at all, because by next year they'll be gearing up for 1180 Wink
