noticed a problem with my steam.. the screenshot uploader, i can no longer resize the main part of it. Resize just changes the size of the image display on the right, but the thumbnails of the images themselves are permanently fixed to a 3-column wide size.. anyone else having this problem? Its fucking annoying.

No, it's never been locked to a three-wide column, you could always stretch the thumbnail section as wide as you wanted.

Anyone else have Steam freeze for a few seconds when clicking on Library tab? Or when searching for a game by name in the library?

Had that before, on a 4 years old windows7 and steam installed on a HDD. Now with windows 10 and steam on a SSD doesnt happen anymore.

Sorry don't know. It doesn't delete the information about installed games, but i'm pretty sure it resets Steam settings when i did that myself a few weeks ago.

No, but then again Library tab is my default tab, I don't know if that could factor in.

Try switching to the Steam beta. It seems to have fixed this for me. It might be due to a new install. If you don't want to stay in the beta you can try switching back to the standard version after installing the beta.

Now I have games installed on three different drives and have no problem. Before I had them on two drives and had that problem. Im not in the beta.

I switched back to the standard version and haven't encountered any slowdowns so far. It seems a reinstall is the best solution, as Bob suggested above.

ive noticed something weird in the past couple days... i see a visual glitch (i cant capture it in a screenshot so im guessing its something thats happening just on my screen) whenever i scroll on steam... NEVER had that problem before and havent had it when scrolling on anything else, its purely happening for me on steam
its never happened before, i only noticed it a couple days ago (same time i noticed the screenshot uploader change) - theyre definitely doing SOMETHING with their platform...

Needs some reading to set it up properly but it's not rocket science and they have a GUI now.
