My EA account got recently hacked as well..
Contacted EA support and they were quite helpful (surprisingly easy, hardest part was finding live chat option without logging in; WTF EA), but at the same time I learned how easy it is to gain/regain an account.
That being said, I would flame them more for it, but at the same time I was not using their security measures fully "Login verification;SMS" (It just isn't being forced or well communicated), so there is definitely some blame on me as well.
I'm quite sure if youtubers would have used these measures, it would have been much harder for this to happen.

No. Well yes - I use WinAuth on PC and Sophos Authenticator on android, but yes they are all the same in principle.
Speaking of authenticators, WinAuth latest alpha versions support Steam two step authentication. Sadly Valve didn't choose standardized TOTP, so it's one (or the only one) authenticator that handles Steam authentication besides the official bloated Steam client for phones.

origins authentification should be enough (the mail thingy) if the live support doesnt fuck up and resets it cause some idiots claims its his account (only needs to know your birthdate and three games on the account...)

And thanks to that DLC success we can expect that future games will have even less content. At least games from all those greedy publishers.

I'm definitely interested what they'll do with Titanfall 2. I actually really enjoyed it, but there weren't enough maps and weapons. Basically at level 2 or 3 you could already have the weapon you wanted for the rest of the game.

At least one SW game per year for the next 3-4 years. So i take it that the agreement was for a limited time. So there is hope to see the IP liberated afterwards, if EA fails to deliver and if it damages the IP (which seems to already happen) | Fuck me... translation, SW games ruined for at least the next 3-4 years

To be honest, I doubt it'll change that much. I'm kinda sad to see Bioware name go, however. Lots of good memories there, even if they got somewhat soiled in recent times.
