As for the gif, looks intended to me, nothing points to her being surprised or an intention to take the kick with her right foot. And I've been seeing a lot of women kick a football for the first time. While funny this is far from it, it's more of a trickshot.

I really hope so. Europa League will be his punishment. These mid season manager agreements shouldn't be allowed. It's at least disrespectful to the current manager, the players and the fans.
I'm not quite convinced the agreement will stand if Man City fails to qualify in CL. It's a huge prestige loss for Pep imo and I wouldn't be surprised if there's a specific CL term/clause.
