so I was reading the steam support page for that and if you move to a different country you can change it in your account setting and you need to pay for the next purchase with a payment method accepted in the new country. So will paypal work for that?

Only if you have a registered address *in* that country for PayPal. For instance, I can use my UK PP to buy games from the UK store on Steam, but I can't use my UK PP to buy games in Norwegian Kroner when I'm in Norway
Updated in order to support the new level that is being released on the 26th, also has some other fixes.

I lived in India for a bit but could never get Skrill to work correctly so I ended up just using $20 Steam cards when I needed to add cash. I ended up moving back to my home region though as one of the last games I bought while still in India ended up being tagged to that region and not ROW and I did not want to end up stuck with more games like that at some point. In the end I just added a lot to my already huge backlog of games so while the prices were nice I really need to start playing through these games.
I am excited about the setting more than the game, to be honest. New Orleans in that time period is dear to me.
But this, this is such a turd for a 2015/2016 game. I am sorry, I just can't do some shit side missions and kid myself that this is an amazing experience.
Can't deal with the truth, huh? No, seriously, Neon, why is it so hard for you to - not react -, especially if you don't even give him a reason why you're defending this like you got hired by IO recently.
The game's episodic content "innovation" is a shit and overused approach to expand development time and avoid "not meeting the deadline". Some people play the same level over and over, spending 30 hours on Paris (which is just a huge building with a large garden and entry area). I would understand if this was a demo, but really guys, some of you believe this is the second coming of gaming.
They release the SECOND level at the end of April, when did the game release again?

Have you even tried it though? It really is a fantastic addition to the Hitman franchise. An amazing successor to BM.

So why did you like Blood Money? All of the levels can be completed in 2-3 minutes with SA rating there, so I assume your grievances with this title aren't about the content. What is it about then?

yeah, if he can 100% every AC game, he obviously enjoys collecting stuff and fulfilling every single challenge the devs pad the game with. Let the man feed his OCD without judgment

And why is it so hard for you to not react to my reaction of his reaction? It's a forum, as far as I know it's pretty common to - gasp! - have different opinions about different games without being a complete ass.
Then again, I'm talking to harry_theone again, what am I doing with my time.

I actually partially agree with you. With that said, I think the episodic structure suits a game like Hitman. I don't think I've ever spent 35 hours on one (well, three, but the two of them are tutorial, semi-large in size though) level in a Hitman game before. The episodic structure allowed me to find details in the Paris level that I don't think I would've paid attention to otherwise, if the game released with 8 or 10 levels. So there are some positives (IMO) to this.
And again - nothing stops you from buying the game in January when all episodes come out.

See above. It's a huge level with tons of details, and tons of ways to have fun with Contracts mode.

It released on March 11th. They promised an episode a month. So far they've held up their end of the bargain. Not to mention they put up new content weekly with new Escalations.
