It might deserve this title once it exits Early Access.

Joking aside: While i enjoyed FO4 for ~120h, i still think Witcher 3 is the superior game overall and should have won that award.

Witcher 3 is a great game, no doubt.

But I prefer Fallout 4 - as a major fan of open world exploration and stealth+archery.

Ah yea the Dog mod, looks super nifty, he's planning to make it standalone as well so it doesn't replace Dogmeat as well.

In other news, the Creation Kit has an expanded Beta now.
https://community.bethesda.net/thread/7221

So it shouldn't be long until that one hits (hopefully). At least some of the popular modders should've been working with it a long time now (since the last time someone mentioned it and it was under NDA).

Workshop DLC is out in several Asian territories and Australia.
(~75 MB so not really that much to it I guess.)

Cheers JB. Seems Consoles have it as well if they change region, shouldn't be long until the files are out. Curious if the Survival Update is stable in this (prolly not).

Got the files now via Australia VPN on Steam. Will test later.

The first release of the Unofficial Fallout 4 Patch is out now.

And from the changelog available here...

http://afkmods.iguanadons.net/Unofficial%20Fallout%204%20Patch%20Version%20History.html

Apparently the Wasteland Workshop DLC breaks the game since it truncates quest data, if not handled correctly it will corrupt your save game.

Quote:

Critical Corrupt Record Fix - Wasteland Workshop DLC

As an indirect result of Bug #19653 in UFO4P 1.0.0, a corrupted record in DLCworkshop01.esm has been fixed. If you started a new game with Wasteland Workshop and did NOT have any mods loaded after it that altered the WorkshopParent quest, your save is probably corrupt and should be thrown out. Contrary to popular opinion, this is NOT due to xEdit not understanding the record. It's been confirmed by examining it with a hex editor that the quest data has indeed been truncated by the Bethesda team. THEY need to fix this properly, but in the event they don't, you MUST make sure the UFO4P always loads after Wasteland Workshop!
