The CD version is same like DVD version...

No more Blood and gore like in DVD Version...

i give up, tried everything, but just can't get past the copy protection.

i'm not going to physically disconnect the cable from my cd for just one game.

is there no other way?

bleh just tried burning the CD version using the patchtool. No luck, tried burning with two different burners and using TDK discs. When I try starting the game the cdcheck never ends, damn game cant ever determine if its a valid disc or not. Ohh well, might try some other day with different media and burner ;>

... haven't tryed this yet on PoP T2T.. but on King Kong worked like a charm with Sony 48X Blank CDs... soo it can work for this too.. tomorrow or monday i'll buy some Sonys and try on PoP and on X3 the patchtool stuff.. 'cause i'm realy satisfied by the King Kong Copy.. it's like an original Very Happy

i have ruined 4 TDK discs and no luck.. 2 for King kong and 2 for X3..

fuji worked on king kong now they dont?? i guess they changed media back to the store for trial and error lucky they sell singles for practically nothing so i can buy a couple s....dataware doesnt work either fails check instantly...gonna try philips also and will see also.this is sucky??

Anyone burned this and actually got it to work???What media did you use??important let us know so we can get this thing rolling,,,by not co operating and giving feedback then they win and when u need a back up of your owned games you will never suceed because there is no help from anyone..so if you actually got this to work please post media and spped with wich you got it to work.

last game i burned as an image was Sniper Elite cause it was cracked & too big to fit anything else with it as data Rolling Eyes

The cd version doesnt have any blood either dagnabit. Ok so theres some little squirts coming from the prince but when you slice and dice the monsters its still a ray of light... gay!

Anyway the lower/mid/upper tower levels are pretty crazy, you're climbing the side of the tower on ledges and whatnot with nothing below you, my hands got so sweaty on these levels Very Happy

To anyone who wants to play the uncensored version of Pop3, Mirrors CD-Release actually is the North American release! I just downloaded and installed Mirrors CD-Release and despite what others are saying in this forum I have dismemberment which is only supposed to be in the North American release. Even the registry key at

"\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\UBISOFT\Pince of Persia The Two Thrones\1.00.999\Product_Release"

says "Retail NA" instead of "Retail EMEA" like in the DVD-Version.Also the North American Release features 3 languages: english, frensh and spanish, and so does Mirrors CD-Release !!!

I don't know why others say that mirrors version is censored, perhaps they don't know that in the uncensored NA version in the first part of the game there is supposed to be little blood and no dismemberment ( you fight against humans ) and after the sands are released and everyone turns into sandcreatures there is no blood (!), but the sandcreatures can be cut in two and decapitated.

I suggest you try it out for yourself, I'm happy to enjoy Pop3 now as it is supposed to be Very Happy

yeah in cd version u can cut heads & stuff ,but i still don't understand whats wrong with ppl who screams GIMME GOOOOOOORE come on don't u have enough gore in your life ,go kick some badass in the balls then don't do anything so he can rip your skull with his teeth,now thats what i call gore Twisted Evil

i have finally burned the CDs... it worked like a charm on SONY.. sorry for the quality of the picture.. but it was made on a camera phone.. it also worked for me on sony for X3 and King Kong.. soo... buy SONY Smile

Also worked for me using SONY Smile
The same happened with King Kong, platinum and tdk didn't work for me.
Using Lite-ON 812S + SONY and just need the CD in the reader to play.. Smile

I Downloaded The POP T2T SFCLONECD Version And when i want to run the game it tell me that CD Key is Not vaild but in the DVD Version It works succefuly By Mount the image and Removing the IDE cables

I burned the Patched mds file on Silver-Line CD !!
