Damn..I keep dying when fighting dat fucking Vordt (pyromancer)
I almost killed him once but I got whacked when he started jumping around and swinging his dildo fast...
I unequipped my shield+ my axe to stay below 30% load and ate green blossom.
It doesn't help that my only spell (fireball) doesn't shoot straight and has a mediocre range
I can only imagine what a pain in the ass this boss for a sorcerer...That's the thing. ..they nerfed magic even more than in DS2+ it's cast speed is really slow but introduced lots of fast enemies..
I spent most of the time just trying to keep my distance \dodging his attacks
Something is rotten in the state of Denmark 
Next time I'll try to keep real close to him without a lock on and finish him with my axe

The effect is too negligible to waste precious points on dex early-mid levels. +I'll get a ring in the next area

runs like an wet dream on my old PC...
Also, the mouse and keyboard controlls are superb and spot on..
only thing i hate so far is that it shows only the controller keys and you have to search in the option to see what key it is...
besides that, Looks good, plays good, runs good...
Dat Character creator, lol...all those characters look like trannys...

So far so good, anus still in one piece. Pretty cool of them to give you a free katana so early on, was my weapon of choice the last time I've played the previous games
Also correctly identified the first mimic and beat the shit out of it

Seemed suspicious, equipped my shittiest weapon and wacked it. It's a bit weak that shield bash doesn't count as a hit this time around, but nothing that bothersome.
No one else with a cheapz0r copy to sale today? Too soon?

The katana guy can be easily killed if you have ranged attacks. He has a shitty AI I didn't even have to shoot him from the roof.

No ranged attacks here after 10 minutes of playing as a knight. Can I throw my sword and shield at him? |

The girlfriend is playing the game on her 3570k 4.4ghz, 8gb 1333mhz and 780 1241/3400. It's ran a steady 60fps the whole time except for the odd stutter when saving. Highest GPU usage I saw was 90% so there's no room for downsampling. Max settings except lighting on low to avoid bonfire crashing. She also had other random crashing with newer drivers. Using the first WHQL set from 361 series cleared up the random crashing.
She's thoroughly enjoying the game, but thinks it's easier than 1 and 2.
EDIT: on 1080p.

Do you guys also experience a kind of short lag every time you access your inventory or picking up an item? DS3 is stored on my SSD, but I see the flame in the top right and at that exact moment the game just lags. I'll record a video if necessary. My specs are in my sig.

Yes, happens to me as well. It's on HDD in my case.
