I fucking LOVE how you can hold down heavy attack for a charged version. Such a small thing but it adds so much to the gameplay. Weapon arts are great as well.
Really enjoying it so far
Depends on if you need a locked 60 or not. Running at 40-50 most of the time(obviously the later areas with the supposed FPS drops I don't know about) with a GTX 660 which is the weakest part of my PC.
Was locked at 60 while fighting the naked ninja for example, so it's running fine.
4690k 770 2gb, 16gb ram. I'd consider mine a few years old in age. Runs pretty well with max settings. A few noticable drops at times though, but it's nothing bad.
Welp, tried the game. The first game I can run at a pretty good framerate, second one I could get an ideal 60, while the DX11 version ran more like the first game, but sadly this is where my PC is done with this series it seems. It runs really bad regardless of settings, so yeah... Oh well, was worth a shot.
Is there a chance that saves made in codex release of ds3 will work aswell if copied to steam original ds3?
I'm asking coz I'm eager to play it but still waiting for my physical copy of the game.
Anyone?
Perhaps someone had similar experience with past installments of the game?
Seems to run around 30fps on my laptop in the initial area... does it get heavier later on?
Also, weirdly enough the fps don't change AT ALL between min and max settings, only thing that seem to have an impact on performance is resolution... what kind of ass backwards renderer are they using?
Well, will try more this evening, hope it holds up.
Also, should I consume those small fading souls/large corpse, etc, in inventory?
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
Kind of disappointed in the bosses so far, I've killed three and didn't die once. I've died more to regular enemies and some of the "mini bosses".
you're experienced in souls obviously, they can't keep bumping up the difficulty for everything every game, all they can do is vary it up but we're so experienced by now that we adapt quickly.
for a new player it's plenty hard, but don't worry, it gets harder of course.

You need a certain item and give it to a certain NPC. It's a drop from a boss, you won't miss it.
Consume souls? I usually save them for when I need a little bit more to level up or upgrade or buy something, or maybe when I wanna buy something after death and have 0 souls.

Actually yeah you can miss the item for boss weapons because it's from an optional boss.
Well i guess i wont play until gedosato is out.
Again as always 16:10 AR is with black bars and nvida fucked up downsapling so i cant do simple 1080p jump because all kind of blackscreens appear with alt-tabing and all.
