Progressively? Razz

I tend to mix up words and meanings a bit, not exactly that good with English when it comes to actually writing in that language and the whole grammar thing. Embarassed
(Can understand about 99% of what I read though which is the main thing but when you mix the UK English taught in school with the self-taught US English and slang it does get pretty bad when you're trying to communicate. Very Happy )

(I completely misunderstood again, didn't I? Heh.)

EDIT: Anyways, some screens from the PC version via the Neogaf screenshot thread.

For auto steam download is at the same time but for humans is like telling me to wake up Santa is here but it turns to be a prank.

Don't trust japanised games they always make you feel Japanese a bit!

Magic is meant to be weak for the taste of your fellow Japanese players, hardcore walk through.

Spoilers don't watch unless if you don't understand Japanese Smile

Is this suposed to be more acessible than previous games? How is the dificulty compared to bloodbourn?

Im willing to give it a try, i know i will not finish it cause im pretty bad at these games, i only killed 4 bosses in DS1 and like 2 in DS2.. but i enjoyed my time with the game even though i didnt finish them..

@hellishere
I would say that things are a bit more simplified (stats for example) and things get better explained from what i read, compared to DS1 and DS2.

Don't know about difficulty of the bosses, as i didn't want to spoiler that to me.

The faster pace supposedly makes things a bit easier from what I've read but I haven't played the game myself yet so that could end up just being a minor difference depending on your preferred playstyle, supposedly the game is not as fast as Bloodborne was.

DS2 was already much easier than DS1 imho, let's hope they haven't lowered the difficulty even further.

DS2 had better controls, that might be why. My most common cause of death in DS1 were imprecise jumps.

Not so bothered about the jumps. For me, the main thing that made DS2 easier was the enemies de-spawning, which means that grinding tedious repetition (instead of better tactics/gear/reflexes) could basically get you through any area in the game. Luckily they seem to have removed it in DS3. But there were other things: abundance of consumable healing items (that didn't even exist in DS1), more forgiving bonfire placement, less "assholish" enemy positioning (less enemies hidden behind corners or jumping on you from unexptected directions), etc.

As someone who played the previous titles way too much (including Demon's Souls), I'd say it's very hard to stay objective in terms of difficulty. It's natural that it will come alot easier to me than to people who did not go full addict at them.

Lolwut? 17,5 Gb should take about half an hourish here, down speed is like 8mb/s. While 2 years ago I had to live with 497kb/s on a 4Mbit shitty ADSL line. Glad I got VDSL2 atm with vectoring active.. But whatever . My copy should arrive Tuesday Apocalypse edition.

This. I hope people didn't get my post wrong. In hindsight I should have been more clear, my bad. I was trying to avoid giving too much info, but I didn't want people to expect something the game isn't.

Without spoiling mechanics, I would clarify that the game is "easier" for good reasons.

If Dark Souls 1 was difficult to you because it was so new you, then DS3 - a sequel, can't possibly offer that.

If Dark Souls 2 was difficult because it had ridiculous scenarios, then DS3 won't offer those.

What DS3 will offer is a game that requires focus, thinking and skill. Whether it is hard is entirely up to that. Which in my case, with so many hours into the franchise, it was easy, but not unrewarding. Never did I feel it was a given that I clear a level, everything I achieved was earned.

Don't use the DE version of the site, pretty sure you can just use the uk link to get £ prices. The gamesplanet rep himself tells people to do it on reddit...

I totaly understand what you guys are saying, so, say i try the ISO DEMO and i find it too hard, can i than buy the game and use my saves to continue on legit so maybe i get some coop help to kill the bosses, or is this scenario not viable? I always got stuck on bosses, the trash i usualy can do just fine.. this way i could enjoy the game without getting stuck on a particular bosses and still have fun with it? or just i just stick to it solo ?
