The closes things are the 3rd person mods.. also there is Starcraft mass Recall which is Remake of the original Starcraft, some decent stuff actually out.
Saw earlier today one of the most famous sc2 players (life) was arrested in Korea for match fixing. Crazy. Never heard of someone being arrested for esport stuff but Koreans don't fuck around with sc.
Even KeSPA CEO wrote an apology about the state of things in Korea SC2 scene. ProLeague (best tournament so far, must view to anyone interested in SC2 esports) was hanging by a thread a week ago. Luckily, things will keep rolling. LoTV as a viewer is a real feast.
I finally finished SC2.. and boy oh boy was that a hell of a ride I thoroughly enjoyed that, but it really did become a hell of a slog towards the end because I decided to do a "full" series play, starting from Mass Recall - the SC1/BW remake
68 missions in Mass Recall
26 missions in Wings of Liberty
27 missions in Heart of the Swarm
25 missions in Legacy of the Void
... *phew* I really did enjoy though I was getting thoroughly drained towards the end of LotV. Overall I thought the series was incredible, with a great overarching plot (LotV pretty much felt like a Mass Effect retelling though), flawless voice acting (John De Lancie as Alarak was delicious ) and excellent music.
It doesn't look bad in it's current state. I would prefer a remake of Diablo 1 though.
Also the main problem should be the randomly generated maps. Will that be featured in that remake?

How do I change the game speed to "normal"? Last night I saw the option to do so, but now I can't switch to any speed below "fast". Or is game speed tied to difficulty level? I intend to play on "hard".
2) Also, is it possible to play the SC1 + BW mod with a yarred copy? If so, how?

I'm using a legit copy, but AFAIK yes you can.
1) get it here: http://www.sc2mapster.com/maps/starcraft-mass-recall/
2) start the SCMR campaign launcher with Sc2switcher.exe (located at Starcraft II/Support folder) through right click Open with...
Nova: Covert Ops Pack 2 was released two days ago (august 2) worldwide. Price, 14,99 €uros or dollar$ for the whole content. 3 packs, 2 released so far.
I'm having a blast playing it, not as stealthy missions as I presumed but real good macro ones. Follows the trend of LoTV on campaign mechanics. No new units (besides a LoTV beta one) but a lot of small & fun new gimmicks for all the Terran units, Nova hero upgrades and new tidbits of info lore-wise. Quality is Blizzard all the way, no second-team flavour or anything. It's on par with the previous campaigns.
TL;DR get them if you're a sucker of SC2 or RTS SP campaigns
Any improvement on security? Reloaded didn't released anything when in comes to Nova missions.. I already have legal all the "trilogy" but no intention to pay further, but I would like to isodemo the missions...

Nothing so far. Being an episodic mission pack I guess they'll release it (if they bother cracking it) when it's all done. Around December this year.
Must admit, really enjoying these missions. Playing them on brutal they are pretty challenging, getting quite a lot of hours out of them. Each mission pack is 3 missions with only the first two packs being released.
All and all I think blizz did a great job with this game, found protoss campaign the weakest.
