I dont know if any of u guys in here know that there will be a movie about the scary silent hill game serie Anyone heard about it more then i had? What i know for now is that it will take the story and so on from silent hill 1 and 3. Sad it wasent from the 4 "the room" that game really kix ass

Ur 100 totaly wrong. The movie "Silent Hill" by Christopher Gans will BE based on Silent Hill 4: The Room , too bad it didnt have any explanations maybe the movie will ? About Hitman: Movie (2007) Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. For that reason I have faith that he wont destroy the movie. Response: Well, Uwe Boll probably loved the Alone in the Dark games.

IMHO i though 4th sucked badly! The story was damn interesting and i though there will be some kind of a twist in the end like the 2nd one had but heck, it never came. I never played 1st silent hill so im not sure how good the story is but i loved 2nd and i think it has a complete storyline and it would work as a movie About Hitman: Movie (2007) Vin Diesel is a hardcore gamer, and absolutely loves the Hitman series. man, the first fucked my head so bad I stopped playing after about 20mins.. Should I try again?

Doah, I meant the 4th! not the first! I played the first 3, I wasn't very impressed with number 3, but I didnt have as much time to play that as I did the others.. the 4th however, was just too strange. Anyway, Im drawing off topic here so lets try and pull it back..

For those of you who *did* play and even complete the 4th game, how will the events translate into a movie? From my limited time playing I found that most of the time I was crawling inside of a hole, can't image that being much of a thriller! However the other scenes (people coming out of walls for example and rooms changing constantly) could very well create a good feel for a movie, maybe thats why it didnt do so well as a game?

I thought the first was a head trip. With those psycho kids coming at you, and finding out about them experimenting on children in the basement of the hospital.

They got worse from then on.. It seemed with every game they kicked up the crazy a notch with every incarnation. I dont think the first would of done great as a movie, they would of had to make major changes to the story and scene's. I think the second would come off best as it was the plot didnt focus around a few buildings but the entire city (yes you could go many places in the first, but the "story" revolved around the hospital and school). The seccond could of been acted easily too, the third had a child star, that may not of worked so well with the highly adult theme of the game..

I think making a movie based on the overall idea would work best, I dont like movies based on "THIS GAME" as Ive seen it all before (of course if they released a FF7 movie I wouldnt mind Razz

Finally some good news about this along awaited movie...at least awaited from me, as a hell of a Silent Hill fan I am Swedish link tought http://www.moviezine.se/filmsidor/silent_hill.shtml just klick on the "se trailer" and let it blow you away. What you think about this upcoming movie anyway? Will it just be another "B" quality movie basic on a video game? I actually guess it want be this time!
