I think that hard difficult is tied to player level, an achievement asks to complete all the missions at level 30.

You are adding the TheDivision.exe file? Works just fine for me, and i think for some others on my friend list too.

got to level 7 so far. been doing story missions on hard with randoms. its decent. nothing new, just nice graphics with third person action rpg gameplay. this just has the production values behind it.
i've played similar missions in a ton of free to play titles, like that dead island game. essentially plays the same on higher difficulties. we end up fighting a high hp boss in a small area. took us ages to defeat him.
but the levels are gorgeous, and the missions actually have more quality than generic MMO quests.

After around 6 hours, I'm liking it more than I thought I would.
It's not that it's great or anything - just very atmospheric and very high quality in most ways. It's slick and it just works.
Skills and loot have more depth than I expected for a game like this, but it's not a true RPG by any stretch of the imagination.
Definitely better than Destiny was at launch - but I doubt it'll last all that long.
But not bad so far.

Something is wrong with my PC.
Installed latest drivers and i only get 65 FPS on average with most settings on High.
Ingame i also get several FPS drops to the 40 region, especially when things like fog and fire effects are present, wtf.  |

Performance felt better in the beta for me, but so far the areas I've visited have far more objects showing on screen. So I guess a drop was to be expected.
I tried the in-game benchmark, but it doesn't seem very useful.
My results (r390, stock) gave me (at ultra, with DOF and Chromatic disabled) a result of 66.1 AVG and 66.8 Typical FPS. And a GPU usage of 89.
This sounds great, the only issue is that I looked at my framerate during the benchmark and it wasn't that good. While sweeping over the city, my FPS was around 45 to 48. During the action sequence following it, it was around 55.
Those are representative of my FPS during gameplay. It goes from 45 to 60 depending on where I am in the city and how much stuff is on screen.

Ran into one of those, trick is to sprint sideways past them.
Played about 4 hours, no disconnects. Great game so far. Really liking it. Seems more populated than beta. Been doing hard missions with random groups. One group we kept wiping out LOL. Guy on mic was cursing like hell, I was just laughing my ass off.
My specs:
Ryzen 5950x @ boosting 5ghz, Gigabyte x570 Aorus Master, 32gb G.Skill Trident Neo pc3600 ram, nVidia RTX 5080, SoundBlasterX G6, Samsung 980 Pro m.2 1TB and Hynix m.2 1TB storage SSD. Custom watercooling loop.

just installed the beta drivers just incase even though had no issues with os with them. I don't like the "catastrophic" part from pcgamer 
edit: why don't they make the masks show on the avatar as well
