Haha yup, I received mine just now after two days (had lost almost all the hopes xD)

The button should be working again at the moment, but there's the "@email is already subscribed to list" message, I believe it's not necessary to push it a second time if one is already subscribed to the Segamen.

Correct, all that signed up for Prize 2 will get Prize 3 automatically according to their twitter posts. You just need to click on the new reward item for the Dawn of War item.
