Before you make some changes plz note, this morning (french time) NViadia released a new graphic driver their inclued som NFS-MW optimisation test it asfirst.

ok friend, i am one from the billion of poeple and i found a solution with my hardware to solve this LAG probs in attemp to developper make a real FIX.
Description from computer:
Motherboard: MSI K8T Neo -V (chip driver 5.04a)
CPU: AMD sempron 3000 + 64 bits
Graphique adapter AGP GFORCE 6600 GT 128 mo leadteck
DDR400 Kingston 2x 512 mo
Hard drive MAXTOR 120Go 8 mo cache IDE 1 master
Hard drive MAXTOR 80 Go 8 mo cache IDE 1 slave
cd & dvd on IDE 2
Power bloc QTec 550w
WIN XP SP2 32bits
I found on a forum a tool called "PCI latencyTool 2" and launch theyr to control the settings.
Most parts of latency timing's are set to "064" exept system values they are by "000" and the VIA IDE Bus Master Controller Theyr set's are by "032" so i have set the VIA IDE Bus Master Controller to "064" (same as all other) and surprise the game run perfekt all hacked slow perf's are disapear.

Often, Windows set the timer from GraphicCard AGP to high (248) and gamez lag or this can result with sound synchro prob's. if is it the fall, set the GraphicCard AGP to 064 restart computer after each modification.
I think origine of this lags is the result of a bad timing synchronisation between graphic and other PCI peripherals used at same time in the game, it seam they is a windows or VIA issu .
PLZ note that this values are for 64 bits motherboard with 64 bits CPU for 32 bits boards & CPU,the default latency values are 032, (system 000) and i don't know their issues.
