All things considered it's pretty nippy running debian.

Gonna use this one as a web server and the pocket one for something else when it arrives

Anybody here with some experience on programming C.H.I.P. or similar (Arduino Uno etc.)? I intend to build a LED-board (something like 64x64 leds in the normal color range) and want to be able to program the way the leds are lit (like fading in, making flowing patterns etc.).

I know I'll probably need to buy addressable LED's or have a very cluttered LED-board with passive components (I haven't gone that far into the details of this project which is currently in the early planning stages).

Are there simple-to-use API's to create a control program as described?
