I think that's a quest related one, I guess either the genie quest with Yennefer, or the main story one where you have to break a curse.

There must have been a door there in the wall, when I came in.

Isn't that also the cave with the pack of Wild Hunt soldiers? I discovered it by accident, there's a platform you can jump to via those stalagmites (if you don't destroy them obviously). First room only has one, but the next one had at least 3 and I had to run Laughing

So I got a new rig (specs below) and I installed Witcher 3 (original copy). Of course I maxed all settings but now I'm getting some artifacts or glitch, maybe, when I enter caves. With my old rig and the GTX660 I didn't have any issues. Do you think this is hardware related, software (i.e. drivers) or is it from the game? I have installed only the game+updates+dlc+gameoverlay+fov mod (problem happened even without mod). Some pics:

Also I have the latest nvidia drivers. Any suggestions?

/Edit: Forgot to mention I'm on Win10 Pro x64.

Rig: i7-5820k, MSI X99 Plus, Corsair 16GB DDR4:3000, Inno3d GTX 1080, Samsung 850 Pro 512GB, Corsair 850i PSU, AOC G2460PG.

Isn't Bloodborne just as dark souls (clone) with almost no story and character development?

Could be corrupt gfx memory (i assume there is no overclock and the system is fresh since you said it's a new rig) did you try benchmarks like heaven and valley ? especially heaven on ultra settings always gave me good results while overclocking or detecting hardware failures
