Shit, this is kinda of a hard choice for me.
i think Deus EX is mine........although Mass effect is a close second.
edit: Dark souls 3 and Torment are anticipated for me as well .

I went for the Technodancer because with the others I'm interested in I have a rough idea what I'm getting. With Technomancer I'm more eagerly waiting to see how they improved from the previous games. Heard/seen less about it and no early or other platform builds out there for one to try.
There are probably others that aren't on the list that would qualify... but I was too lazy to search for releases or think about others

Elex is set to release in 2017. I don't know why Mass Effect Andromeda (or Technomancer?!) is there and you missed many interesting titles including Vampyr, Eitr, Grim Dawn, Divinity: Original Sin 2, etc.

Grim Dawn was just completed last week, which is why I just picked it up.
As for the poll, I'll be waiting on Dark Souls 3 for sure. Possibly Torment but only if it turns out good.

so from the list:
-----------------------
Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen
- pretty hyped from all the available info and what i played on ps3, but not sure if i will be able to finish it as i am not really sure if it can hold my attention for the whole time (struggled through Skyrim because of that)
Dark Souls III
- Miyazaki back at the seat, the setting looks great, just hope PC port is gonna be fine
The Technomancer
- not sure what a think about this one , I kinda like games from Spiders, how they learned from their mistakes on BbF and Mars
Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
- hyped about this as i love DX:HR and this one is even partially set in my current city
Kingdom Come: Deliverance
- not sure if they can fit it to 2016 in the end , but from what i saw and played I really love, especially when its set on history of my country, the creative lead is the same guy as Mafia 1, they dont like the "potato landscape" http://www.warhorsestudios.cz/index.php?page=blog&entry=blog_011 and they have pretty critical view on Skyrim - so hopefully they will avoid its mistakes , but I may be a bit biased , because i talked with the devs on several occasions and couple of my friends have connections to the studio
Mass Effect: Andromeda
-after ME3 dont have much hopes as it was IMO a too action-y mess of a game, expecting delay to 2017, Denuvo is no go for me, but new galay might be at least lore-wise nice change ... lets see
Torment: Tides of Numenera
- if its at least as good as Wasteland or Pillars i will be all over this, as of right now i am kinda sceptical after recent screens
ELEX
- nice ideas and setting, lot of cool promises, but nothing much to show yet , might get hyped when they'll show more, but there is almost nothing right now , expecting 2017
The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine
- another part of Wicher 3 aka hands down my game of the last 20 years for me .... pretty hyped for more content
Grim Dawn
- pretty amazing game (from what i played from beta) and spiritual successor to Titan Quest aka best diablo-clone ever for me => cant wait for full release
there will definitely be some other cool ones But no time to check for them right now

Dark Souls 3 - by a large margin, yes its fantasy, but its dark fantasy and the combat is just satisfying in the souls games and they have a good way of handling difficulty.
Deus Ex Mankind Divided - its Deus EX, not much more needs to be said, its one of the few non fantasy RPGs and if it takes the core of Human Revolution and builds on it then it has a good chance to be great.
Anything else I don't really care about, Witcher is fantasy bs and the combat isn't comparable to Dark Souls, so I don't care, as for Tides of Numenera .. pff, after how disappointing Pillars of Eternity and the Divinity kickstarted games were for me, I have little to no hope for this game. The only good RPG to come out of that kickstarter wave was Wasteland 2 and it had massive issues at launch.

I can wait for any one of those. Or any game, at that.
Regardless, the RPGs I'm most intrigued to see next year are Torment and KC:D.

'Tis a tough one, because the entire list uber-interests me (except maybe for Mass Effect: Andromeda..for Bioreasons, although I'm always curious and willing to try how an Asari bull tastes like).
I'm going to be honest with myself though and say Dark Souls 3, but it almost feels like doing a disservice to the others.

I picked Torment, although I have a bit of a crisis of faith that it's gonna live up to naturally ridiculous expectations.
