Gotta say, the trees and stuff are way too bright with that saturation. If you look at real pictures you'd quickly see what I mean. No offense if you like it, just not my taste. The closest anything has gotten so far was the SW: Battlefront graphics update, not sure if that was fake but it wasn't runnable, but boy, that looked fine.
Regardless of that, the "grefix" makes Mary Pop-ins a lot more visible.
Whether you like it or not is irrelevant, it's a fact that it's oversaturated.
There are sooooo many modders out there who will accept any change as being 'better'. If they're trying to mimic real life, they're going a really shitty job of it by representing the colour of things that way.
The grass and foliage are neon green, the buildings, asphalt and concrete are almost white, anything that already uses a fluro color is now waaaaaaaay too saturated.
Certain sections look like they're out of a LEGO game, like the construction site.

The problem with most of these uberl33t compilations of graphical mods is that the visual consistency is almost never achieved, for one reason or another. The final result is often exaggerated for the "oomph" factor and it tends to be silly like in this case.
Moar of everything! is the spirit, the seek for the shiny grail, completely ignoring realism and the fact that playing something like that for two hours straight potentially gives you an epileptic attack
Those ENB's always make me wonder if people still look/go outside. Maybe too used of staring at their phones and their fancy filters. My reality looks a whole lot different than what they claim to be realism.
Mods probably will make use of the new content for SP, wasn't there a post earlier in this thread with a quote on how Rockstar currently has no plans for any additional SP content, besides bug fixes I guess.
@JBeckman Doesn't mean they should just go ahead and not put everything in they put up for Online. I have millions of dollars in my SP game but half of that can't be used because the "DLC" content can't even be bought via the websites, wouldn't have been hard to include, could buy all the things in SP first and see how they are, nooope, R* ofc.

There's rumors that Rockstar is planning to bring Liberty City back in the near future, and that it also was the reason R* was on Gamescom this year behind closed doors.
But of course, you don't have to believe the evidence we have right now, it's pretty light for sure but I'd be impressed if they pulled that off and returned the good old LC for V
Inter, I wouldn't really expect much more than it being an expansion to GTA:O though, anything else would be off I guess. Though it'd be cool if it was part of the SP DLC.
