excuse me but how should this game renting work? afaik a digital download game can only activated on two consoles with setting the acc who bought it to primary and use your own to play?!? (on ps4, ps3 was more)
This is my first one but they've been doing it since the PS4 came out and not long after PS3 came out. I was given a locked spot to preload before it came out. I have to play it on the person I'm renting it on's account, so no trophies. But I could care less trophies aren't really my thing, I just want to play through the story. Someone else got the rental with the trophies I think. It's all new to me too but it works. I Just made a new account on my PS4 with the persons psn login, then downloaded Syndicate. Then when I'm done I just delete it off my PS4. But yeah I think until me and the other person delete it no one else can rent it.
But like theyre selling spots to own Fallout 4 on PS4 and there's up to 3 slots. I don't know exactly how it all works cause I'm a noob but there's a sellable spot that can be resold that costs the most, a risky offline spot where you have to stay disconnected from internet to play at all times and a locked spot which I guess is like my rental.

-Sellabe spots can be re-sold to someone else once you're finished with it, because of this it is the higher priced spot in a group.

LOCKED SPOTS:
These spots require you to always be signed into PSN on the gameshare account, you need to have the updated log in at all time, these must also be played using the gameshare account/user HOWVERE there are a few games(listed below) that lets you play on you main account using a workaround, this works on very few games only so for the most part a locked spot means you will be playing these on the gameshare account so all trophies & saves will be tied to the gameshare user and not you own main account.

Played it too, I find it better than Unity...works like a dream compared to Unity. Still not constant fps but miles better..maybe they can optimize these games until the end of this cycle.. The game looks very nice, atmosphere is there, love the setting..fighting mechanic is somehow weird, dont like it but the finishing moves are great. So far the missions are way more interesting than in Unity. We'll see how it goes. Decided to go with xone version, need some space for upcoming games on PS4.. After 3h of play, 7.5/10.
I did everything, well that I wanted to do in the game. All missions, side missions and territories. I didn't try to do every extra objective in each mission, I used to but some of them just get so ridiculous that I just quit trying plus it was a rental. I got 77% sync.
I highly recommend for anyone playing it on PS4 to do the dreadful crime missions. There's no combat you're just solving murders by interviewing people and finding clues and then you have to accuse the right person of the murder, some are tricky. If you accuse the wrong person you just lose some of your bonus xp and money. I thought they were pretty cool sorta like L.A. Noire/Sherlock Holmes. Actually all of the side missions were pretty good and worth doing.
