My most wanted mod still is not out though.
One, that lets you start attacks on a settlement and lets you configure the strength of the attacking force.
It's possible buy just spawning enemies via console, but it feels bad.
But it's been updated since it was last posted so I'm glad I checked it again.
(So much activity on that Nexus site now so it's hard to keep track of updates.)

Killed the guy at some place far away from Diamond City (he was a resident there).
Returned to Diamond City and everyone is hostile now.
Bethesda.
Luckily i had an earlier savegame.
Had that happen to me. Travel somewhere else and rest for 72 hours. Return to Diamond City and everyone loves you again.
I'm kinda hating the whole synth thing and the fact that Diamond city is such a dump. The Mayor says that its been going on for 150 years and in that time they couldn't clean the place up a bit? I'm kinda missing a proper settlement like in the old Fallout games, not just a collection of shacks.
I've also finished the main story and its laughably bad. Doesn't help matters that your conversation options are so limited and that you can pass every persuade check by putting on a suit, glasses and a hat.... Maybe i was expecting a bit more freedom since its an RPG, not just go from A to B to take something/find someone, kill everything on the way and maybe use a persuade check to get some more cash or get out of an encounter. Doesn't help matters that if you do get a choice on what to do with a certain quest, its either be a selfish evil twat or be a saint.... and it doesn't affect a damn thing , whichever side you choose (at least not that i've noticed). Doesn't help that SPECIAL or perks have no relevance in conversation (i dunno like strength for threatening people or intelligence to be a smart ass when talking to scientists...)
After 109 hours I also finished it and ya, a lot of stuff is pure weirdness in these Bethesda games. Must be the first open world bethesda game I ever actually finished.
Might replay it once proper mods come out,but I fear the engine will look mighty crap by then(it's kinda close now),just like fallout 3.
Yup,indeed I did.
Quickly browsed through some of them and they do look decent.
But I would lie if I'd say I will replay Nev Vegas with mods since it takes like 10 hours just to install all interesting ones and then...meh.
Godfucking dammit.....So i encouter a legendary assaultron and a legendary Sentry Bot in the same room in some building Took me like 20 tries to kill them both (was often dying to the Bot expliosion or that asshole assaultron rushing me and owning me with that goddamn laser) and alll i got for my effot is a fucking legendary wrench and a fucking legendary rolling pin. Damn you...damn you to hell
Had to use everything in my arsenal to kill them. Psycho , Buffout , Missile launcher , stealth boy to get 3.3x sneak attack shots...you name it . Im playing on very hard. That was by far the most difficult fight i had in the game so far. And no i don,t use power armor , im all about stealth , pistols , rifles and critical hits.
So if you guys ever encounter these two together....well good luck and i hope you get better rewards than i did lol
Games kinda depressing quick to finish.
Got less than 30 hours playtime, and almost no quests left. Finished main story in less than 24, and that was with a lot of sidequests in there.
Have one of those "talk to settler in settlement <x> to protect them from <y>" quests pending.
Problem is, everytime i try to talk to that settler, it just opens the "I just want to trade with you" tradewindow bullshit.

Finished in 30? I hit 70 hours before I arrived at diamond city.

Its pretty easy to run out of quests if you skip 75 percent of the game.
I keep getting stuck whenever I exit a terminal WTF?
Anybody else experience this? It seems like my character can no longer move after I exit from any terminal in the game
Had this happen once, I got stuck between the table and the chair. I took a shot of it too (as well as lots of other bugs):
Spoiler:
Damn. I hope there is a fix for this. I tried the iPresentInterval set to 0 in the config file but still everytime I exit any terminal my character gets stuck. Im only 30 minutes into the game....
Im running CODEX version 1.1.30
ASUS Maximus XII Formula | Core i9 10900k @ 5.2Ghz | 32GB G.Skill DDR4 4200Mhz | EVGA RTX 3080 Ti FTW3 Ultra Hydro Copper | ASUS ROG PG35VQ
I have the quest to pay Marowski some money. The quest is listed under Miscellaneous.
I removed the life from said person while he was asleep. The quest is still open though.
Any way to fix/remove it?

This is an incredibly early release, so please keep in mind that there is only extremely limited functionality provided by this version of F4SE, that we can't offer technical support for it, and that literally anything about it can change in the future. This is being released primarily to test against a wider audience and hopefully help some people out at the same time.
whatsnew:
0.1.0:
- everything
- plugin manager
- simple hooks for papyrus, scaleform, and the classic script system, but nothing useful for modders yet
- customization of internal keymappings
Copy CustomControlMap.txt to Data\F4SE\CustomControlMap.txt.
Edit that file to set your bindings. The format is the same as Skyrim, it's a space-separated file.
The first column is the name of the internal keybind. The second column is the keyboard scan code that should activate the bind in hex, or 0xFF if unbound. Use google to find a table of scan codes. The third column is for mice, the fourth for controllers. The next three columns control whether or not a control should be written to the user's config file. The final column specifies which input layer the bind is associated with - you will probably not want to change that.
- currently-installed version of F4SE is shown in the Settings menu next to the game version
- running GetF4SEVersion from the console will print the current version as well
- log spam is written to My Documents\My Games\Fallout4\F4SE\edit: for right now I haven't posted this on the website or other forum threads. once initial testing is done I'll push it out to more locations. please don't spread it around until then. thanks.
edit2: When testing the control map, note that many of the control labels in the UI are hard-coded. Changes to the control map will be functional, but might not show up in the UI. Also, previously customized keys overwrite settings in the control map. You may need to delete My Documents\My Games\Fallout 4\ControlMap_Custom.txt or pick "defaults" from the in-game keybinds menu.
This has been up for long enough, so I think it should be safe for distribution.

Thanks, that somehow worked:
- As the quest was listed under Miscellaneous, i could not get a quest id to complete it.
- I then thought of resurrecting the beheaded NPC, give the money, kill him again and take the money back.
- After killing him he had no money to loot.
- So i had to search for another console command to add the caps back into my inv.

Cap your framerate to under 110fps.

Some 1900 mods already ??
Nexus counts everything uploaded as a "mod", but a healthy chunk of that number are saves. The other big proportion is female nude textures (probably around 20% of all mods).

Sanctuary, which is my most defended and well built base has never had a single attack since the start.
From what the wiki says, it would seem that Sanctuary is intentionally a low encounter settlement. Attacks are more common in other areas.
