nope.. will buy it when M$ begs me and when there is some nice modchip for it + REAL GAMES not crappy peace of shit "game" madden omfg..
whoever thinks madden is cool must be some cockfag for sure... ( or american..  )

i ll go legit with the ps3 cuz due to bluray i ll know there is no chance to copy these games (atleast not for a long time) so i will have my peace of mind.
and, of course the ps3 has some serious killer apps, instead of ports from current-gen like xbox360.

Nothing wrong with buying games Nailbiter, nothing at all.
In regards to the other comments I seriously don't think things are that much better over on the Sony or Nintendo machines, I'd admit that Sony does have some good exclusive titles as does Nintendo but since getting my Xbox way back I hardly even play my PS2.
In reality all of the major developers have became extremely lazy, they favour making yearly sequels/cash cows over taking a chance and developing new fresh games and who can blame them when the majority of people just focus on the graphics, what resolution the textures are and what res the game can be ran at.
Bottom line is that each machine has its titles that you could buy the machine for and each machine has such a glut of games getting released every month that chances are at least half of them aren't even rental material.
The PC games scene is just as stale at the moment as well. The biggest games, stuff like F.E.A.R., COD2, Quake 4, Civ 4, The Movies, Black and White 2, AOE3, Serious Sam 2 although good were nothing new. I wouldn't look back on those games years from now and tag any of those "classics" even though I enjoyed them.

Ok finally got round to playing my Xbox 360 and all 3 games! Im not really all that good when it comes to giving mini reviews so bear with me lol.
I played Perfect Dark Zero first but I didnt play it for long. After the really nice intro before the title screen which kinda reminded me of Bond movie the first thing that hit me was the super crisp resolution in comparison to current generation console games. Visually the game looks awesome with a decent framerate which blurs the screen slightly when you turn your view and some nice effects from weapons, explosions and sparks etc. The audio sounds superior to the original Xbox as well which impressed me. Just seems so much clearer. As I said, I didnt play for long. In fact I didnt even finish the first mission! I kinda wanted a quick go on all of them before getting in depth with a particular game.
Then I tried Project Gotham Racing 3. Presentation could have been better. The title screen and options look very uninspiring but I guess thats not all that important! I just had a quick race but visually the game is truly stunning. It has a great framerate, excellent feel of speed and some nice crash damage effects. I was totally blown away by the 360 rotating I was doing whilst driving lol. Not the greatest thing to do since I ended up hitting walls but its great to get a view of the car in motion from all angles and just seeing the scenery whizz by! Really impressed with PGR3 and Im sure I will play it a lot.
So I come to my final game and one which I personally think is my favourite so far since I played it for almost 2 hours lol. Although it has firearms, Condemned isnt an fps but more of an fpm which is first person melee! Its ultra violent and has bad language hence the 18 certificate but its a lot of fun! Weapons vary from pipes, wooden planks with nails, fire axes, sledge hammers and Ive come across the odd pistol and shotgun although ammo is intentionally and unbelievably scarce! The majority of combat consists of swinging weapons at your enemy and blocking their attacks which is pretty cool I have to say. You can also stun them with a zap of the taser! Visually the game reminds me of Doom3 with excellent use of shadows and lighting. It has a really ambient creepy atmosphere too which isnt really surprising since its a game by the same guys who did F.E.A.R. I was constantly looking behind me and bumping into things and kicking things on the floor made me spin round as I thought an enemy was sneaking up on me. The AI is pretty intelligent and will hide from you or run if you have a gun and they dont but at times they just come at you like the mad men they are! There are finishing moves too which can be executed with a tap of the directions on the D-Pad. I thought the idea of using certain weapons to access certain areas was a good idea. Much better than collecting coloured keycards or the silly key items used in the Resident Evil games.
Personally I think the Xbox 360 is nothing my AMD64 6800GT cant do but a lot of the games I suspect will be 360 only titles. I have no regrets spending as much as I have on this but the heat from the power supply is a little concerning to say the least!
Really looking forward to Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, Resident Evil 5, Alan Wake, Dead Rising, Possession and Gears Of War.
