It's the only mode worth playing. This instant pew-pew bulsh*t gets boring really really fast.

There's supposed to be some Battlefield'esque Conquest mode isn't there? Supremacy I think it's called? That one SHOULD be good.

Well, pretty much every early review I've read so far say that mode (Supremacy) is actually pretty good and that along with WA are the 2 best modes by far. Those same reviews also gave a lukewarm score because of the other modes being more like filler and because they felt the gameplay in general would get old quickly.

4 maps for Walker assault, 4 maps for supremacy and 4 maps for air battle
The maps for the other modes are mostly the same as the 4 maps for WA or Supremacy but smaller.

I'm not gonna lie, that's a bit light on the count. Hopefully they're 4 GOOD maps - I put 60 hours in Hoth alone. Still, could use 2 or 3 more free ones. Sad

The maps arent that bad. But what sucks is that the 4 WA and the 4 Supremacy maps are realllllllyy near the same, so in the end it's nearly like the 4 same maps for WA and Supremacy

So, they completely fucked up mouse control for air vehicles by adding some sort of virtual joystick shit that can't be toggled off.

Basically, if you move your mouse left, the vehicle keeps moving left until you re-center your mouse. Not sure what the fuck they were thinking not making this toggle-able - it completely destroys any sense of accuracy using the mouse to fly.

nope, full game is exactly like the beta, with a little bit more maps and some more weapons. That won't change the fact that you find the game boring

What a scam, the base game is as big as one battlefield dlc.
Had my doubts about buying the game, but this convinced me not to.

Thanks I guess I'll wait if this becomes interesting when all the DLC are released.

And no proper single player star wars story in this one either right ? It's just in SP a tower defense game basically ?

You have some SP missions, but yeah they are either SP tower defense or MP modes with bots

The one thing that really turns me off, and guarantees I won't buy it even when it hits 30 bucks for the base game+premium, is the boring gunplay.

I can live with 20v20 and no space battles, but boring gunplay in a shooter is inexcusable.

No recoil, no drop over long distance and lack of feedback makes me feel like I'm firing a toy gun.

It's worse gunplay than CoD.

47 euros what the fuck? isn't mexican origin always the cheapest option? you should have used that south korean vpn just to early unlock the game. lol not only money wasted on a dead game, you also payed almost the normal price for it.

Mexican Origin store it was $42 ($40 base + $2 tax - where they get off on charging me fucking tax internationally I'll never know).

I'm just so bummed that they've totally destroyed the flight mechanics with forced joystick emulation on the mouse. Can't hit shit now. Sad

You're expecting recoil from a gun that shoots high-powered light?

No, I'm explaining why the lack of those things makes the pew pew aspect of the game boring.

I can live without those things in certain games(arena shooters), but not in games with big open maps and long range engagements.
