Er... is it me or some terminal entries are inconplete/not displaying properly?
Sometimes the text just ends abruptly, tried S, down arrow, mousewheel and even page down but nothing.

Haven't encountered that yet, nor has my girl. Plenty of bugs so wouldn't be surprised if it is one caused by the game rather than the yarr version. 
Edit: For page turn I also use enter. Sorry, thought you meant something like the text just cutting off in the middle of the screen. |

Press enter to load the next page. It may be another key also, but enter does it for me  |

Not sure if there's a list for that specifically.
The Railroad (hostile) Institute (vice versa)
Minutemen (hostile?) Institute (but seemingly it doesn't matter for the Minutemen which Faction you are related to so that could be wrong)
BoS (no clue)
But overall each quest will tell you when you make X your enemy by accepting it.
People like the Gunners and else will probably always be aggressive towards you.

How the fuck do you get lights to turn on?
My settlement is powered, but there is no way to attach wires to the lights/jukebox/whatever, and the little icon shows green. However, the lights don't turn on, the tv's dont turn on, jukebox doesn't turn on, etc..
WTF am I missing here?

I had to look for this as well because it's a weird thing: you got to connect a power line from the generator to a switch - you can use pilons to carry the line over to the house. Around the switch, you can place lamps and juke box and it will automatically receive power as long as it's not too far away.

@moosenoodles I checked the old house, but seems like you can't remove those objects from kitchen. So went for nearby one.
