Hello everyone!
Fresh windows 10 install (x64):
Keyboard sometimes wont type specific characters (c, v for example). Keyboard directly on one of the mobos usb (so no hub). Mouse sometimes keeps freezing for seconds, and sometimes keyboard keeps repeating the last pressed key. Even when firing up window's on screen keyboard the keypress wont register(WTF?) when actually using that app to type.
And one last thing: Watched movie yesterday and kodi shut down just for fun. Didn't press anything or clicked it just closed while the movie was running.
No virus according to antivirus program.
Any ideas?
5820k, x99a gaming 7 msi mobo, 32 gig 2400 ram.
Thank You!

did you try different usb ports with the same results? Also do you have a spare keyboard to see if it's related to your keyboard?

yep tried it with different keyboard and switched ports. no luck. (i have an old genius multimedia keyboard but tried it with a lenovo keyboard too)
Also why does the onscreen keyboard behaves the same? When I hit the c button on the physical keyboard and it didn't register I fired up the on screen keyboard app which behaved exactly the same: clicked on c button and it didnt type it. then i copy pasted with the mouse the C letter and after that it worked again.
But right now as im typing this it wont register some of the buttons as well.

Must be some software issue! Do you have a dvd drive? burn some linux image (f.e. ubuntu or elementary os) and boot from it into live/try mode and see if the keyboard works OK

So it looks like a mobo issue. Looks like I will be returning this one.
Can anyone recommend me a good x99 motherboard?
