Oh and yes, they're using fucking BINK again. BK2 format for the videos. *sigh* Once I become god of the world, I'm outlawing BINK.

Hmmm. the game did get unlocked however I can't run it via steam
.
- if I log in using AU vpn it shows install button
- if I log in without VPN it shows pre-load button.
and I can't run it from a folder
Any ideas (except for using codex version lol)?
1) Lenovo Legion 7 (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3080 16Gb, 32Gb DDR4, SSD 1TB +2TB
2) SFFPC (streaming via Moonlight+ Sunshine)

Even if it "technically" did (which I don't think it does), you'd have no chance in HELL of playing it like that. The last DX9 card was the 7-series GeForce and the X1k series Radeons 
but even fucking unity engine games bitching i dont have dx11 card
