No because TWD is more a gory CEREBRAL experience based on one of the more successful comic series out there -- the rest only dream to become what TWD which, I might stress, is entering its 7th SEASON!. Not damn bad in a climate when sh*t gets canned after 1-3 seasons these days.

I always remember the episode 1 scene ...
Spoiler:
were Doc is getting high when stuck in the vents, that was fucking epic!

Z Nation...Never claimed to be the next Walking Dead. Hell, they didn't even claim to be a good show...But, goddammit, when i think that there is nothing to surprise me, the writers come up with some new mind-blowing idea. Nuking the world after the zombie apocalypse?! Checked!! Radioactive zombies?! Checked! Baby zombie?! Checked! Animal zombie?! Checked!! Mutant zombie?! Check!! Supernatural action?! Check, check and check!!!
My theory is that the writers are making the show only into an elevate state (being high on z-weed or something similar). Otherwise i seriously can't tell how they come up with all those insane ideas (the giant cheese wheel impregnated with zombies, the Liberty Bell crushing anothwer batch of zombies and so on)...
For a week-end show it provides a frag ton of entertainment. It's so bad that is actually good!
And yeah, Doc in the airshaft sharing a joint with a zombie...Priceless!

I love it. It knows what it is and it's pretty self aware that it's a schlock b-movie type series.

Yep, it's a totally weak season compared to the older ones.
Initially the Newmerica and Talkers stuff was interesting but the storylines just kinda went in meh directions.
Yep, weak season all over. But as I always say 5 season is max for any series, you get burn out after that.
