game picked up a ~1gb update right now on steam, no changelog yet. but maybe some nice new stuff
its steam exclusive now, but the forum is down too (which most likely had the changelog online since it was announced last week)

It's no longer a free game you have to buy it on Steam. But if you ever played the Steam version when it was free, no worries, a free copy is added to your account's games list.

This must of only just happened in last day or so, my son installed the steam version for free just 3 days ago I think. |

Not only is it no longer free, but the developers wiped everyone's stats and information they had accumulated over the last five years. These players are... *cough* less than happy.

since the profiles were saved online there most likely wasnt an option to move them over to steamworks, wheres the fucking problem? played since first beta in 08 or 09 or whatever it was, afaik the stats got already deleted atleast once after that and nobody complained
