I am not quite sure those SJWs understood what a character creation for both genders is, it's in the game, dumb shits
The poster was obviously illiterate, so it's hard to be sure, but my interpretation was that they were expressing a desire for a female PC in the marketing material.
Which is still a dumb excuse for trying to fuel something, but oh well, expected nothing less from them.

It could be called "Female protagonist gameplay", have all 20 minutes of it be inventory management, and it'd be 10/10 best trailer since the last Fallout 4 one
This footage definitely smacks of Xbox. Also aren't the fan made mods primarily a feature on Xbox and later being introduced to ps4? Would make sense that it's Xbox considering that tenuous link.
We could be in for a pleasant surprise, or is that completely naive...
She doesn't look too bad from certain angles. Nothing a paper bag can't fix. The lip movement was so poorly implemented I'd prefer they just removed it entirely from the game.
Dat hair clipping through the collar of her coat... Lazy.
As "bad" as they are in comparison to other AAA titles, I'm still not disheartened by this. They certainly look a whole lot better than Skyrim, or Fallout 3/NV, or Oblivion... they're slowly improving as they go
This video by someone random on the internet of Alyx Vance (Half Life 2) singing in 2007 looks better in its supposed Alpha state than what Bethesda with all its might and resources managed to just release. At least it doesn't strike me as freakish the way the Bethesda lip-sync does. The actual song quality is shit in this YT clip btw. I think it is an ongoing attempt to improve sync with the animation.
Not the reason I play fallout games anyway.
Still hyped!
That's what most people say, and what's why Betheda continues to save money on animations.
In about 5 years when Fallout 5 comes out, let's hope they've moved on to appreciate higher production values, as hiding behind "this is an open world game so that's why everything sucks" isn't going to cut it as players are more and more aware of going standards.
Everyone is hyped for Fallout because it is Fallout. There's no harm in discussing its apparent shortcomings based on media released pre-game, as it won't change people's mindset about the Fallout IP.
It's Fallout of course we're going to play it. Modders are probably going to do a lot of cool things to it, as they always do, in terms of improving textures as well as animations.
I REALLY hope the shown gameplay was from one of the consoles.
Yep, must be Gameboy or something. Like the console versions will look MUCH different than PC.
Lower resolution, lower quality details, etc. It's not out of the realms of possibility.. even with the XB/PS4 closing the bar between the ancient PS360 and PC. It won't do anything for the animations though
In comparison to the relatively old HL2 the graphics in FO4 look even worse now.
I REALLY hope the shown gameplay was from one of the consoles.
Yes, they did a good job back in 2004 with Half Life 2. Its just really tough to portray a human face somewhat correctly. Everyone who plays are experts capable of judging it, as we see faces every day.
It'll probably at least feel somewhat better in-game in FO4, I think. I'm guessing other humanoids, like Super Mutants will use a similar system.
Sadly, yes, I have no way of buying it right now. Same with Rebel Galaxy and any number of other games I'm badly wanting and desiring, there's only two choices; Yarr them or don't play them at all. I know which I'm choosing.
