yup. There was a poll on here and mod32 won by quite a few votes . The daily updates.. sometimes even 3 or 4 a day makes me happy even though it might not be doing anything at all.

I just switched from zone alarm with av to NOD32 and running my first scan and it's already found virii/trojans that ZA never picked up in the past 9 months I'd been using it

So if I use NOD32 I have to use a firewall separatly? Which one? Now I use Norton internet security 2005 but is really slow!

Again from the poll. Zone alarm pro seemed to come out on top. The advanced configuration seemed to boost it for every1 who voted for it. But as a standard firewall with default config I think it's gash.

Nod 32, Process Guard And Sygate for me. Nod 32 found a nasty host process, ZA and Symantec V3 Missed.

I always use Sophos anti-virus. It's mostly used for companies, but it always scores better in tests than any other AV program. Try to get your hands on that one if you can. I work for the ministry of defense and we use this on all our clients
