Remind me please guys. We turn on VPN, unlock the release date, set Origin offline , turn off VPN and launch the game? Am I right?

you quit origin if its open. connect vpn, login again to origin. wait for the game to unlock, start the launcher, disconnect the vpn. and you are good to go. if you disconnect the vpn without starting the launcher it might happen that it doesnt work (and you will rage cause you have to wait a few min on flyvpn to connect again and it will be crowded)

Thanks. No need to go offline for safety reasons? I think EA doesn't ban accounts though.

why should ea ban you? for using a vpn? they dont even ban you for buying from india/mexico whatever
and staying offline doenst work at all, you need to be online to get the game unlocked (otherwise you just could set your clock the date when it unlocks)

they dont do that. and technically you dont buy the game with an active vpn when buying via origin mexico the way i told you. thats a "bug" in the origin store which is known since years and ea never fixed it. and nobody ever got banned. when bf3 came out many people bought the russian version (which was locked to ru language) very cheap, they just had to talk to the live support and they changed it to the row version. and tbh: ea cant afford another shitstorm about origin. and steam doesnt ban you either, not even for buying with vpn (which a few people here do everytime-. but now they lock the store to the region)

What VPN service do you use to buy from Mexico? I tried flyvpn, but the mexican ip is for members only.
