Worth a Buy review this game and said it's shite, anyone else with that opinion on this board? His game play seems to show its not all that great.

He actualy is right, im playing this game right now, i will proly finish it, but i can understand all his points just fine, some are a bit exagerated but most of them are on spot, its just the way he presents them is not usual, he spices it up to get views ofc.
I agree with him that the environments are way too repetitive and empty. I disagree about the AI being completely terrible though. Yes there are some stupid issues like how they sometimes magically know where you attacked from even if you threw a grenade or used a silenced weapon. But as you progress further in the game they gain better awareness and can spot you much more easily even at night.
And I've never seen another game where enemies have such realistic behavior. They report suspicious activity, react to being cut off mid-sentence on the radio, call for backup before searching for you, use binoculars, flares and mortars, etc.
Also lol @ his claim that Rainbow Six had good stealth and AI. You were forced to be sneaky so the enemy aimbots didn't headshot your entire team from across the map.

does the game pick up ? im 5 hours into it and its boringfest (great prologue though)
Even though i agree with worthabuy review, it does get a bit better, u start to actualy enjoy even though it is repetitive, if you look at it as a sandbox stealth game, if the bland environment doesnt bother you, or the repetitive objectives, or the lack of story, i mean, i played for 8 hours and i got the first cutscene in the game, snake didnt talk at all, and it was like 20 secs, so forget about the story completely.
The stealth does get harder, but not because the AI becomes better, but because they start spotting u taking down others, wich they should of done from the get go, cause the first 5 missions (episodes) they are totaly braindead.
Something atm keeps me going back to the game, ill play a few more missions, im planning to play up until the part that doesnt repeat missions, not sure what it its, mission 31? and than ill stop.
This game just isnt a good metal gear solid game, if you look at it as an immersive open world with stealth and action, theres none of that, its a series of roads that lead you to a map, that has 2 or 3 aproaches, including going from the front (ahah)
Its a lazy open world game, imo, bland, souless, the stealth saves it, but cannot be taken seriously, they had so many oportunities, the map is so big, they could have so many places with different configurations, but nope, its a bunch of outposts like far cry, and u stealth them, the autosave feature is realy bad, sometimes u do the MAIN objective, u extract the MAIN guy, and it will not save, and u get spotted by a patrol or something and u do it all over again, and thats not difficult, its just an handicap they put on you.
I dont understand reviewers and even players, ppl bashed Splinter Cell Blacklist but as a stealth game, it was much better than this, the map design, the AI, the graphics, it even had a decent story, it wasnt anything new, but it was a solid game, and it got bashed, this is just hiding behind a franchise that has a huge following.
* And i ask again, please, can someone tell me if its possible to unlock all the outfits with a ini tweak or something? cause i certainly aint spending 10 hours on that freakin motherbase, or picking up thousands of boxe's on this bland open world, just to get 2 or 3 outfits, no way ,i feel like a retard, i can only stealth my way to outposts, trying to have the most fun i can, but thats it, after this game "ends" on mission 30 or 31 im uninstalling it and coming back at all, if i ever finish that, cause atm i feel like playing it, but that can change at anytime, if they repeat stuff during this 31 missions i might abandon it, i cannot recommend this game to anyone that is gonna pay for it.

Ok as i wrote the above, i played a bit more now, im on mission 8, and they just reused a map from mission 1, im thumbing it down, i dont think this is worth my time when theres much better games to be played, i wont uninstall but its gonna go to the backlog for now.
This looks like those cheap dlc's that recycle the maps, even the dishonored dlc didnt recycle this much and at least they tried to cover it up with different asthetics, this is the same thing over and over and over, and i could forgive that, cause you make it as much varied as you want, but when they give you the exact same map with the same buildings, on a STEALTH GAME, jesus christ, nope, these guys that gave 10 to this game are out of their minds, i respect if you like this game, but this is insulting at best.
That mack reviewer is spot on as someone said already, mad max may be repetitive also, but it is at least fun, it doesnt recycle areas, its an actual open world game, with fun combat and varied mechanics.

It works beautifully on Win 10. So it has to be your Win 10 settings or a program that kills your shit.
You using DoNotSpy10? Leech it and activate almost every setting. It will feel refreshing I promise you that.
And regarding dsr: You are right there are still aliasing flickering shit probs. But above 3000 res it looks ok. Acceptable. But I am still crying that the firemen couldn't put out the man on fire. All the good fire trucks were flying through the air hundreds of metres. They should've used their water to put him out. Even a sprinkler did the job so maybe urinating on that man on fire works as well? Or do we need superheroes to take care of him?
Interesting that people yap about that Kojima gives himself credit every episode, but noone or only few are annoyed by the spoilers in those credits before a mission. Characters and enemies are listed up. I always had to look without reading those

I already downloaded two other releases. One of them was directly from the 3DM tracker.
Windows Defender is deactivated. I only use ESET for security, but i already disabled it too and made an exception to not scan the isodemo folder.
But to be honest: From what i keep reading, i can wait for this game to work. Seems it got pretty overhyped before release.

You got read/write problems? Like copying from one folder to another doesnt work or only with a warning?
Disable OneDrive Bobovic. Via DoNotSpy10 or whatever. Then start the game via administrator and try again. If not did you look at the rights for your folders? Change accordingly. Like right click on the MGS folders (main folder and then 3dgame and the root folder just to be safe and go to settings and go to security and activate it all you know then back and write-protect off if its on and then see what happens).

Kinda surprised to see so many fans of that worrh a buy guy here on hump where we bash the angry trinity so often. Yeah he has some good points some times , be he exagerates ad absurdum, the amount of false info and his own incompetence in some games just insane and very hard to watxh. But Bobovic you gotta get the game to work. Do it. It's gotta be a read/write problem. Use DoNotSpy10 activate everything and then look for the read/write rights on your folders on your drives do it. It will work.
I'm big fan of MGS and I must admit that this game is nothing but empty shell Even those copy/paste Ubisoft games like Far Cry, are richer in content. No fucking way that this deserves to be GOTY over Witcher3.
Then do you use DoNotSpy10 or not? It deactivates lots of stuff like OneDrive that might fuck with your read/write settings. If you do well....
So if you start a program if you copy stuff if you delete stuff no warnings? No problems nothing? You got all the available settings activated for admin and guest and whatever regarding read/write for the important folders? You sure? And no read/write block activated for some of the folders?
You gotta be sth. missing for fucks sake! I've seen people with that problem even with legit copies of a game! Games didnt save due to read/write fuckups on Win 10!
And you gotta go higher. Not just the root folder or the 3dgame folder also the MGS folder and the programs or whatever folder you are in like C: or whatever. Everything needs to be free be able to breathe like the thing in your pants.
Activate all read and write and delete rights and whatever for every folder especially the main folders for admin but also for guest account and everything. No one knows which one gets used. I usually should be the admin but sometimes I am not....so this shit is fucked up anyway. Disable UAV and OneDrive completely and then it has to work. It has to.
For example on your desktop icons is there a UAV symbol on top of each or most icons? Then UAV is not disabled. Just to be sure...

The next Kojima game will be like you all want. Your dream game: 10 minutes gameplay, 2 hours cutscenes with rich environments. He may go full TR way: 10 seconds gameplay, 10 seconds cutscene. He even studies all day the AI from the latest Splinter Cell and the next TR game. You're all in for a great stealth game. Yes, the next Kojima game.
It is also a story driven monstergame so lots of cutscenes is fine by me. The stealth part doesnt make sense anyway cause the fire wale can eat everyone at all times.
