Is this monitor good? Main uses would be

1.) Gaming
2.) Surfing, Typing, Chatting
3.) Movies

Gaming being my main concern, any people who actually have one or who did a lot of research on it? Thanks for any help!

PS: need to know by 11/27/05!

I'm sure you have looked for some reviews yourself, but anyway here are two of them:
http://www.anandtech.com/displays/showdoc.aspx?i=2400

This ones in german, but you can see for yourself that with all the ++ ratings this monitor did very well in the review. They have lots of pictures in this review, the final result was "very good". They say it's good for gaming too, due to the S-IPS panel, just take a look at the pictures Smile

Why are you posting this nonsense here manblood?

Also, upgrade to the 37" Westinghouse Video Monitor. Mine's on the way.

I'll be the only one in Canada with such an item AFAIK. There are currently only 2 companies that ship to Canada from the states. Both have yet to ship one to Canada. Barring someone buying it and dragging it across the border, I'll be quite special Very Happy

Anyway, the Dell monitor on AnAndTech forums has gotten high praise for its low ghosting and high quality image. Worth picking up if youre interested in it.

Alright, think I'm going to go for it, after 25% off and 20$ off when buying something over 200 with paypal it comes out to $414 free shipping (probably going to be tax though :/)

But then I might be able to get an additional 10%-15% off for GE employee discounts my dad gets from Dell... hmmm!

Just hope it works with ATI 9700
