Huh didn't think that would happen so soon, Mangagamer got the OK to publish one of their adult VN's on Steam completely uncensored.
(They and Jast have a couple of them on Steam now and several other VN's also link to official uncensor patches on the community hub which Valve has been OK with for a while now but this is new.)
EDIT: Granted it doesn't seem to be the most hardcore in terms of adult content but I'm still surprised that they could release it without any cuts.
They should just get a decent age verification process going on. So that we have no need for these silly censorships.
They might as well do it with an eye on their movie distribution plans.
Not that I'm advocating for porn and all the likes, but it would help some and to me it is rather hypocritical to ban a tit or two while I can rip guts out and what not.

There are several adult games on Steam already, they just use the age gate for everything. I don't think Valve wants anymore crap like they had with Hatred. Just publish everything and let the users decide what they want to play.
The game and trailer has been updated. Slave Tetris has been removed as it was perceived to be extremely insensitive by some people. This overshadowed the educational goal of the game. Apologies to people who was offended by us using game mechanics to underline the point of how inhumane slavery was. The goal was to enlighten and educate people - not to get sidetracked discussing a small 15 secs part of the game.

Probably a noob question... If I've downloaded a game through Steam, MGS linked on that Polish account to be precise, would it be possible to use a crack, once it's available, to play it independently from Steam? Or will I need to download the cracked release as a whole? Cheers.
