You gotta pay for quality, man! Did you not see all those 10/10s? lol wut

Not a chance I would ever pay he retail price of £45 for a game, nuh uh, but I have no problem finding the money for a quality game that will keep me entertained for hours, and WORKS. (when I say 'no problem finsing the money', I don't mean I have a fat wallet...)

Batman - great game, hideous port.
MGS - great game, great port.

(Konami - fucktard cunts. But I digress...)

Very few games have I ever purchased directly through Steam if not on a discount.

You might get an nVidia key off eBay - or somewhere else - for around US$40 if you are lucky. Lots of demand though, and all sorts of scammers trying to cash in.

Did anyone with a retail box get preorder DLC?

I know that Day One Edition for PC was cancelled but what about the DLC codes? Are there any or not? Laughing

1 and 2 are still amazing.

I think I finally figured out my SLI stuttering problem in this game...the game is set to borderless fullscreen by default meaning SLI wasn't even working.

That's always been the case with AMD ever since they had Crossfire (AND NOT SLI).
Only Nvidia SLI can run multi-gpu in windowed modes.

It seems that the guy, who was selling the access originally (Digitalgamer) started selling access to TPP again for 1.25 Euro:

I'm on SLI 970's. I checked Google and found a bunch of people saying SLI doesn't work correctly in borderless fullscreen. And I can only assume it's true since the game is now working perfectly after switching to fullscreen mode.

That's odd sli *should* work in any windowed mode. Only AMD was having that not work for them during the times I ran multi-gpu.. :/

I think you get a lower score. There's also the fact that anyone you kill might have information on hidden items, or have good enough stats to fulton back to Mother Base.

Not even sure if a "no kill playthrough" is mostly possible. There will be events where you have no chance than doing that or running away like a madman. But you can replay missions and practically kill everyone as well, so there's that.

@JBeckman Props for that, wish they could deal with the server issues as well, making it possible to download the GZ save (unless they did something, didn't play since yesterday).

Alright, thanks.

What does score really affect? Money received? Is Heroism penalized?

Have any of you added any custom music to the game yet? I added and use Billy Joel's We Didn't Start the Fire as my helicopter music and it is simply glorious hearing it each time I get a pick up, particularly after a tough mission Very Happy
