Unsure if it says anything about a third party DRM on the Steam page and we won't know until we can actually unpack the preload files / install the game but it is published by WB so there is a chance it will be using it unless Avalanche was allowed to keep it to Steam only or something like that.
EDIT: We also don't know how Denuva has changed or been updated since it's use in the previous game using it so it could take only hours for it to be cracked or it could require significantly more work.

Unknown but your GPU is bellow the minimum recommended one and it also has half the memory..
