I always got ROW keys so far. Only games with the added "(RU)" tag in the title probably give locked keys.

I would wait, Sys Reqs are not exactly making it look like a definite winner. Most keystores have it for 20-30€ range, so after Batman I would be wary with WB, even though it's Avalanche (a Studio I respect).

Haha yeah, that will always receive my complete seal of approval. 
In the last year alone the 99% of the games that I've bought were single-player-only, and ended up pirating the only one that I occasionally play online (Rocket League). The tables are turned!
