It actually does, and they actually reveal parts of the map, just don't have to climb them haha

Don't be stupid. Nothing is wrong with not liking the game, but constantly bashing it in various topics can be considered as hating. You barely played the game, you make false claims like all cars handle like shit or bricks or whatever. You made your point several times, yet you keep coming back with your negativity. That's hating.

It's not amazing, but I had more fun with it then any other arcade racer. On release it was a blast, but when I tried playing it after GTAV came out it was a ghost town.
The map is absolutely huge. Put way too many hours into it and still have not drove all the roads. You can jump anywhere you previously visited through the map instantly. Main missions are ok and can be done with others (and can scale up the difficulty) or solo. Tons of small challenge (long jump, time trial, slalom etc.) that can be activated on the fly by driving through them while you explore, and if you fail restart them instantly, no loading, no B.S. That part was very interesting to me, can't recall seeing that before. The car roster is not huge but varied, and quite a few of my favorite super/exotic cars. They do handle very much differently, and can be easily upgraded in many different ways. People will meet up in different places to hang and test their rides. Drag races, off road circuits, any my favorite oval circuit. Spent way too many hours driving lap after lap perfecting my line with different maxed out rides.
The biggest gripe I had with it was what seemed like lack of support, updates and fixes. Makes me feel sad for the artists that created the huge, detailed world that did start feeling empty after a while.
If you do get it and actually get hooked on it, feel free to hit me up. Have not played it in ages, but wouldn't mind visiting it again sometimes.

I do agree. Nothing wrong with not liking certain games. Also nothing wrong with commenting on the why you didn't like it as long as it's true. What I don't get is constant bashing. Make your point, and get out of the topic. Coming back over and over to bash it and trying to convince others to dislike it is counterproductive and immature. Many topics die out over here because few jokers (read: assholes) will bust in, spam the usual garbage and kill any chance of reasonable conversation the topic was designed for.
And speaking of immature, this shit starts with stupid topic titles like "ubifail". *cringe*

I have said my piece in this thread back in beta, the other times I just answered peoples question with if its worth it.
Who made the rules with: once you dislike a game you should shut up and not visit the thread? It's not like I'm constantly attacking his opinion on the game or not let him share his view on it. Yet I am met with that kind of behaviour even throwing words around like: hater, immature, jokers, assholes,...
I played the game in beta and for a week after I got my Nvidia code... My guess is that combined that is +40 hours that I played. So I don't see a reason why one should say that I hardly played the game. I think after a few hours one can already have an opinion on the driving model and to me it was like racing with boats compared to some other arcade racers (BUT IZ NOT TROO!!!! because he thinks differently).
But eh... haters ey
Edit: And is it that preposterous to say it is not worth 15€ when even he says it is a ghost town now and it has poor support (which was even bad at beta)?

Problem is that what you said is simply not true, once again. I explained why you are a hater and I didn't lablel you as one "instantly" and without merit. No one made these rules, and even if they did no one would fallow or try to enforce them around here. Just common sense to stay out of the topic you have no interest in. Haters, jokers and immature assholes are very accurate descriptions of many local spammers that occupy this board. They have very little to offer other then pointless comments, and most of the time for the "lulz" of their equally useless peers. Large part of those people do not contribute to the board in any way other then sharing their feelings, as if anyone cares. I've been longer on this board then most of the current users, and I have seen many really talented, informative and intelligent people leave because of those said assholes. I can count on one hand the people that make "proper" threads without the need to comment on every single other one. Now it's just a small group circle-jerking and trolling. People can't make a serious thread about asking for a game title anymore. Pretty clear to me why the board is called NFOHUMP now. Makes me sad.

I really don't know what were you doing for those 40+ hours, but you couldn't possibly upgrade or try many cars. I can say that, because when I stopped playing I had 75% of the cars maxed out, and I'm confident that by large the don't handle like a boat. I drove a boat, yeah it's a 'murican thing. Did you?

Opinions can differ, if you like the handling good... I thought it ranked alongside the crappier ones of the arcade racers. And we are both right, probably because we both have different standards.

Yes. Nooice is a GREAT example. I though I pointed out as politely as I could what I thought was the only proper spelling of that word. Once again you don't get the fact that I'm not in this thread prasing the game although I have played it WAY more then anyone on the Hump. I can enjoy most things in life, games included, without the need to concentrate on the small, negative things. I liked it, never praised it and I don't feel the need to defend it every chance it's mentioned. If I did I would be a fanboy. If I bashed the game every time it's mentioned I could be called a hater.

Been announced like 4 months ago, nobody posted it here
So they just invited EVERYONE that did the crew beta before in the hopes to get new people back. But that won't happen unless they price this properly. Not to mention it's not part of the season pass
