If those were the only 2 choices: Stick with 2013, it has all the drawbacks of 2015 but it offers more content.
And like always: just download the isodemo so you can see for yourself.
And have some fun with 2013: http://www.racedepartment.com/forums/f1-2013-mods.13/
Mods to extend the life of it for years... maybe by then someone else has the license or codemaster miraculously makes a better game out of their F1 franchise.

I still can't wrap my head around the fact that such game not only exists, but it's made by Coderpmasters themselves. It's as if Ubisoft suddenly made an isometric old-school RPG, certain things have no explanation
They should let the small (separate I think) team responsible for that game look into the F1 franchise as well, so we can finally have at least something that resembles a physics engine. The online would still be a lost cause though xD

Keep in mind that Dirt series are developed by Codemasters main HQ in Southam. F1 series are made by Codemaster Birmingham - different studio. Also F1 2015 is first game based on EGO 4, so problems could be engine related...

The whole F1 series has been a shit show. It's nothing to do with the engine.

It's aboslutly from the engine. It's new and they still don't know how to work on it.
F1 2010 was hard... 1st game... then 2011,2012,2013,2014 was same game with minor changes and bug fixes. Now 2015 again is totally new game - written from scratch on EGO 4 and results are there.

Downloaded at release and I still haven't felt like giving it a go.
There's really something wrong when a big fan of F1 doesn't even feel like installing it
