Well, about 12% in to it and just encountered my first game breaking bug. Doing the Riddler Revenge/Catwoman trial and the part that requires you to get the car around the room using the see-saws, get to the last part that requires you to fire the Batmobile's winch at the electrical thing, I get the helpful hint from Batman "I can't do that standing here". So I figure he needs to be standing on a switch or something and I use the winch using the remote control. Nope, I get the even less helpful "I can't do that, I need to be clear".
I really wanted to beat the game without using youtube videos or walkthroughs for clues, but whatever, having encountered something in Origins on PS3 involving a breakable door that didn't spawn, I look it up and sure enough I'm doing it right, it's just the game is broken.
Really happy I only paid $11 for this. I was so looking forward to it and initially planned to take time off work to play it on release, coworkers leave plans prevented that, and I'm glad. It took a couple weeks for them to fix the bug in Origins, given how broken this is supposed to be ON PC in general, I expect a much longer fix time.

The second of those "riddles" where you have to rev up a elevator with electricity so you can get the car down and finally activate the switches?
I don't think I did anything special but if you've tried both driving the car and remote controlling it while Batman is not in the way it must have bugged somehow, usually just leaving and coming back later should reset it.

Yeah, this goes into what I was thinking what the problem was. It just boggles my mind that they haven't released a quick patch to fix things, because the fix doesn't require any changes besides just configuring engine settings properly.

It is probably just darker to represent the wet hair look and it has been confirmed it's Barbara that is why the article mentions Harley in her original outfit as this is supposed to be something that took place a while back after Origins.

Multiple people simply CANNOT play the game, either because it simply doesn't work (ArkamKnight.exe has stopped working) or the performance is subpar. Even with the tool you posted I can't play it fluidly.
Most people are waiting for a patch, that will or will not fix the above mentioned issues. No one discusses the gameplay because they don't play.

The tool that was posted makes the game play quite well at 30fps for me. 60fps and there is some stuttering when entering new areas or cutscenes, when data is loading, although it's only minor. Still going to wait for a proper patch and SLI.
